ROUND ONE: The first round kicked off with a hyped atmosphere at the Climate Pledge Arena, as the crowd eagerly anticipated KJ Lindsay’s Union GP debut. Lindsay, with a decorated amateur background and a reputation for precision striking, squared off against Da’vion Woodard, a man fighting to keep his spot on the roster after a string of disappointing performances. Lindsay took the center of the cage, establishing dominance with a series of crisp, technical jabs that kept Woodard at bay. Woodard, a rangy fighter with a well-rounded skill set, attempted to use his footwork to circle away from Lindsay’s power side, but the debutant’s ring generalship was apparent. Lindsay’s right hand found its mark early, snapping Woodard’s head back and drawing a gasp from the crowd. The strike seemed to rattle Woodard, who momentarily switched to southpaw in an effort to disrupt Lindsay’s rhythm. Woodard, however, wasn’t content to play defense. He shot for a double leg takedown, using his size advantage to force Lindsay against the cage. But Lindsay showcased his wrestling acumen, stuffing the takedown and immediately threatening with a guillotine choke. Woodard managed to slip out, but the failed takedown attempt drained some of his energy, leaving him vulnerable. Sensing Woodard’s fatigue, Lindsay began to mix up his attacks, throwing in vicious leg kicks that echoed through the arena. Woodard responded with a couple of body kicks of his own, but Lindsay’s head movement and sharp counters kept him one step ahead. The round ended with Lindsay landing a powerful overhand right that stumbled Woodard, sending him reeling against the fence just as the horn sounded. Lindsay clearly took the round, his striking and takedown defense proving superior.
ROUND TWO: As the second round began, the tension in the air was thick. Woodard, fully aware of the urgency, came out with a more aggressive approach. He feinted a jab and lunged in with a powerful right cross, which landed flush on Lindsay’s chin. The strike drew cheers from the crowd, but Lindsay shook it off with a composed demeanor, showing his resilience. Lindsay responded with a combination of his own, starting with a feint to the body that transitioned into a stiff jab. The jab set up a vicious right uppercut that caught Woodard as he tried to close the distance. Woodard’s legs buckled slightly, but he managed to stay upright, although the effects were visible. Sensing blood, Lindsay pressed forward, unloading a barrage of strikes that forced Woodard to retreat. Woodard, in a desperate attempt to regain momentum, clinched up with Lindsay, driving him against the cage. This time, he attempted a single leg takedown, but Lindsay’s balance and defensive grappling were on point. Lindsay reversed the position, landing a knee to Woodard’s midsection that visibly took the wind out of him. The crowd roared as Lindsay pushed off the fence and created space, resetting in the center of the cage. Then came the decisive moment. With Woodard visibly slowing down, Lindsay set up a head kick by disguising it with a low kick feint. As Woodard dropped his hands to block the anticipated leg kick, Lindsay’s shin whipped up, crashing into Woodard’s temple. The impact was immediate — Woodard’s eyes rolled back as he crumpled to the canvas in a heap. The referee rushed in, waving off the fight as Lindsay walked away, arms raised in victory.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back to the broadcast, folks. Seattle is out in full force tonight, and the crowd has been on fire since the doors opened! Before we jump back into the octagon, we’ve got a special guest in the house tonight. Look who we have here, Byron! It’s the #8 ranked Bantamweight Contender who’s been unbeaten in his last five fights, MANDEM!”
BYRON McCALL: “One of the hottest names in the fight game today. This guy’s been turning heads left and right with his performances, but now he’s here to support his fellow Prodigy 206 teammates — Sky Sakarya, Venus Sagapolutele, and the Bantamweight Champ herself, CC Flynn. Talk about squad goals!”
ROUND ONE: Sky Sakarya enters the Climate Pledge Arena to a thunderous ovation, her Seattle roots igniting the crowd. Emma Hunt, unfazed by the hostile environment, adopts a laser-focused demeanor, ready to test Sakarya’s mettle. From the opening bell, Sky takes center control, showcasing her striking. She probes with quick, snapping jabs, her right hand cocked and ready to launch. Hunt, however, isn’t intimidated, using her solid head movement to slip and counter with sharp, disciplined combinations. Hunt’s approach is methodical; she fires off low kicks to Sky’s lead leg, trying to slow down the hometown hero. Sky checks a few but eats a couple, showing some redness on her thigh. Midway through the round, Hunt changes levels and shoots for a double leg, driving Sky towards the cage. Sky defends with a wide base and pummels underhooks, but Hunt stays relentless, transitioning to a body lock. With the crowd roaring, Sky eventually breaks free, using her takedown defense to fend off Hunt’s advances. Back at distance, Sakarya finds her rhythm, connecting with a flush straight right that snaps Hunt’s head back. Hunt retreats momentarily, a slight wobble in her legs, but she recovers quickly. Sakarya’s confidence builds, and she ends the round with a spinning back kick that narrowly misses as Hunt retreats to her corner, fully aware she’s in for a war.
ROUND TWO: The second round begins with Hunt adjusting her game plan. Aware of Sakarya’s striking prowess, Hunt tightens her defense and mixes in feints to throw Sky off her rhythm. She manages to sneak in a few body shots, exploiting Sakarya’s defense. Sakarya, undeterred, continues to press forward, her sharp footwork keeping her just out of Hunt’s reach, but it’s clear Hunt’s low kicks are taking a toll as Sky’s movement slows slightly. Two minutes in, Hunt seizes the moment and closes the distance, clinching against the cage. Her solid grappling comes into play as she works dirty boxing and knees to the body. Sakarya absorbs the shots, her gas tank still strong, and circles off the cage. She lands a solid knee to the midsection as they break, and the crowd erupts. Sky returns to her striking, snapping Hunt’s head back with a crisp jab-straight combo. Hunt’s toughness shows as she continues to push forward, landing a well-timed overhand right that catches Sky’s temple, momentarily stunning her. As the round draws to a close, Sky begins to bleed from a cut under her left eye, showcasing Hunt’s accuracy. Despite the blood, Sakarya remains composed, bouncing on her feet and landing a thudding body kick as the horn sounds. The crowd is on its feet, sensing the momentum shifting in the balance of this tactical chess match.
ROUND THREE: The final round begins with both fighters showing signs of wear, but Sky, urged on by the raucous Seattle crowd, comes out with renewed energy. She circles with urgency, cutting angles and stepping into her punches with conviction. Hunt continues to chop at the leg, but Sky’s pace and pressure are relentless. Halfway through the round, Sky catches Hunt with a powerful left hook that wobbles her. Sensing blood, Sakarya unloads with a barrage of punches, forcing Hunt to backpedal. Hunt, clearly hurt, attempts to clinch but Sky sprawls back and lands a hard uppercut as they separate. Hunt’s legs are gone, and Sky senses the finish. With the crowd at a fever pitch, Sky swarms Hunt against the cage, unleashing a ferocious flurry of punches — lefts, rights, hooks, and uppercuts — each one finding its mark. Hunt covers up, but the onslaught is too much. The referee steps in to stop the fight, signaling Sky’s first career TKO victory. Sakarya leaps onto the cage, arms raised, soaking in the response of her hometown fans. It’s a defining moment for the young fighter, a triumphant homecoming that showcases her grit, determination, and rapidly evolving skill set.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen, to Union Grand Prix 59! We’ve got a lot more action coming your way, but before we dive back into the octagon, Byron, I think we need to acknowledge someone special in the crowd here tonight. Take a look at who’s here with us — none other than one of Union GP’s newest signings, Trevor Martin.”
BYRON McCALL: “Oh yeah, Bodie, you can feel the buzz in the arena when this guy’s name is mentioned. Trevor Martin is a straight-up throwback to the old-school mentality — ‘anyone, anytime, any weight.’ He’s made it clear he’s not here to pick and choose; he’s here to fight, period. This is a guy who’s not just talking the talk, but he’s ready to walk the walk. He’s been vocal about taking on all comers, and with his versatility, we could see him competing in multiple divisions. The fans love that kind of tenacity, and it’s only a matter of time before we see him in the octagon, ready to back it up.”
ROUND ONE: As the opening round begins, the Seattle crowd is buzzing. Sasha Volkov, a rising star with a penchant for brutal knockouts, steps forward with a calculated and confident demeanor. His reputation for delivering lightning-quick finishes is well known, and Hideo Sasaki, a seasoned veteran with a lethal submission game, is fully aware that he must avoid Volkov’s powerful strikes at all costs. Volkov quickly takes the center of the cage, asserting dominance with his larger frame and reach. Sasaki, understanding the danger of standing in front of Volkov, circles cautiously, staying light on his feet. Volkov tests the waters with a crisp jab, but Sasaki remains elusive, using his exceptional footwork to stay out of range. Volkov follows up with a hard inside leg kick that lands with a thud, forcing Sasaki to adjust his stance. Sasaki looks to close the distance and bring the fight to his realm. He fakes a level change, drawing a reaction from Volkov, before launching a quick 1-2 combination. Volkov deflects the strikes with ease and counters with a thunderous right cross that narrowly misses Sasaki’s chin. Sasaki attempts to clinch, hoping to drag Volkov into a grappling exchange. However, Volkov’s balance and takedown defense are impeccable, and he shoves Sasaki away, maintaining his striking distance. Volkov feints a jab, causing Sasaki to flinch, and then uncorks a vicious right hook that connects flush on Sasaki’s jaw. Sasaki is already unconscious before he crumples to the canvas, and the arena erupts as Volkov steps in to finish the fight. A couple of follow-up strikes force the referee to intervene, waving off the bout. The Seattle crowd roars in approval as Sasha Volkov secures another first-round knockout victory, adding another highlight to his rapidly growing resume.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “And we are back from the break, folks. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. We are live here at the Climate Pledge Arena, and what a night of fights we’ve had so far. But before we jump back into the action, we have to acknowledge a special guest in the building tonight. That’s none other than Zion Momo’a, the reigning Ryūjin FC Champion. This man is an absolute monster in the cage. A dominant Champion who’s currently on a seven fight win streak, and feared by everyone who steps across from him. You talk about pound-for-pound greatness, Zion’s name has to be in that conversation.”
BYRON McCALL: “No doubt about it. Zion Momo’a has been making waves over in Japan, but his reputation is worldwide. Known for his explosive knockout power, he’s been a wrecking ball in Ryūjin FC. And you have to wonder, with him being here tonight, could there be something brewing between him and Union GP? You’ve got to think the wheels are turning. Zion’s been vocal about wanting to test himself against the best fighters globally. If the stars align and the business is right, we could be looking at a mega-fight down the road. And let me tell you, the thought of Zion Momo’a mixing it up again in Union GP gets me fired up!”
ROUND ONE: As the first round opened in this Lightweight bout, Christopher Gordon, known for his explosive power and athleticism, started aggressively, looking to impose his physicality on Eden Reid. Gordon moved forward with confidence, throwing sharp jabs and leg kicks to establish his range. Reid, a well-rounded and strategic fighter, was unfazed, staying light on her feet and employing her superior footwork to avoid Gordon’s heavy strikes. Gordon managed to land a powerful overhand right that momentarily staggered Reid, drawing a roar from the Seattle crowd. Sensing an opportunity, he closed the distance, throwing a barrage of punches that had Reid on the back foot. However, Reid’s experience and composure shone through as she ducked under a wild hook and countered with a crisp combination, landing a clean right hand that snapped Gordon’s head back. Reid then transitioned smoothly into a clinch, leveraging her grappling skills to neutralize Gordon’s power. She pressed him against the cage, landing short knees to the body while keeping a strong underhook to prevent any attempts from Gordon to escape. Gordon tried to muscle his way out, but Reid’s technique proved too solid. She continued to pepper him with strikes in the clinch, wearing him down. In the final minute, Reid executed a beautiful trip takedown, landing in side control. She methodically worked to isolate an arm, threatening with a kimura. Gordon defended well, using his strength to avoid the submission, but Reid’s control on the ground was evident. The round ended with Reid maintaining top position, landing short elbows to the body as the horn sounded.
ROUND TWO: Gordon came out in the second round with urgency, understanding that he needed to flip the momentum. He started by attacking Reid’s legs with thunderous kicks, trying to slow her down. Reid, however, showcased her adaptability, quickly adjusting by switching stances and continuing to move fluidly around the octagon. Gordon then attempted to force another brawl, throwing heavy leather, but Reid’s defensive acumen was on full display. She slipped most of his strikes and countered effectively with precision. A stiff jab from Reid opened up a cut under Gordon’s eye, and she followed up with a perfectly timed right cross that wobbled him. Smelling blood, Reid advanced, landing a series of pinpoint combinations that backed Gordon up against the cage. Sensing the fight slipping away, Gordon tried to clinch, but Reid reversed it and pressed him into the fence, where she unleashed a devastating flurry of punches. A sharp uppercut found its mark, dropping Gordon to his knees. Reid didn’t hesitate, pouncing on him and delivering a relentless ground and pound assault. With Gordon unable to intelligently defend himself, the referee had seen enough, stepping in to stop the fight. This victory surely cements Reid’s place in the top ten rankings, as she continues to climb the ladder in the Lightweight Decision.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! As we get ready for the Featured Prelim bout, let’s not forget the star-studded crowd. I couldn’t help but notice a familiar face in the crowd. Look at this — the one and only former Union GP Heavyweight and Cruiserweight Champion, Hall of Famer Gauge Lattimore! Talk about a living legend! This man was a force of nature in his prime, and you can feel the energy in the arena shift the moment people realized he’s here. The man’s résumé speaks for itself — one of the few to capture gold in two different weight classes in Union GP. And let’s not forget the absolute wars he’s been in over the years. But what’s really got the MMA world buzzing is that Lattimore’s been dropping some interesting hints on social media lately. He’s been talking about the itch, the fire still burning… You know, it sounds an awful lot like someone who’s not quite done with competition just yet!”
BYRON McCALL: “And if there’s one thing we know about Gauge Lattimore, it’s that he’s never been one to back down from a challenge. Even at this stage, I wouldn’t put it past him to make one last run. The guy’s a beast, and if he decides to come back, it’s going to shake the MMA foundation! And you can tell the fans here are loving it — they know what a return could mean for Union GP. If Lattimore does make that return, whoever’s holding the belt better watch out. When a fighter like Gauge decides to come back, he’s not coming back just to fill a spot on the roster — he’s coming back to win. Let’s keep an eye on this one, folks. Gauge Lattimore could very well be plotting something big!”
ROUND ONE: The atmosphere inside the Climate Pledge Arena was booming as Syn Saetang and Serenity Holmes squared off in the Featured Prelim Bantamweight showdown. From the opening bell, Saetang set the tone with a lightning-quick front kick to the midsection, forcing Holmes to retreat. Saetang’s aggressive striking was on full display as she peppered Holmes with crisp combinations, using her speed and precision to keep her opponent at bay. Holmes, with an unbreakable will, weathered the early storm, showcasing her resilience. Midway through the round, Holmes found her rhythm, timing Saetang’s leg kicks to initiate a beautifully executed takedown. Holmes’ top game was smothering as she transitioned seamlessly from half guard to side control, hunting for a kimura. Saetang, aware of the danger, utilized her defensive grappling to create space, but Holmes maintained her positional dominance. The crowd roared as Saetang scrambled to her feet, delivering a vicious knee in the clinch that rocked Holmes. The round closed with both fighters trading heavy blows in the center of the cage, neither willing to give an inch.
ROUND TWO: The second round began with both fighters showing signs of the damage they had inflicted on each other. Saetang, her left eye swelling from a perfectly placed right hand in the first, pressed forward with renewed intensity. She unleashed a barrage of leg kicks, each one landing with a thud that echoed through the arena. Holmes was unfazed and countered with her jab, using her reach to keep Saetang at a distance. But it was clear Saetang was looking to end the fight on her terms, and she did so by switching to a southpaw stance, catching Holmes off guard with a powerful left hook that sent her stumbling backward. Sensing the opportunity, Saetang swarmed Holmes with a flurry of strikes, but the Texan warrior showed her grit by clinching and driving Saetang into the cage. From there, Holmes displayed her wrestling prowess, executing a high-level double leg takedown that brought the crowd to their feet. On the ground, Holmes worked to secure a rear naked choke, but Saetang’s defense was impeccable. She reversed the position in the final moments of the round, raining down elbows from the top as the horn sounded.
ROUND THREE: The final round was nothing short of a war of attrition. Both fighters, exhausted and battered, left everything inside the cage. Saetang, aware that the fight was close, came out swinging with everything she had, targeting Holmes’ body with brutal knees in the clinch. Holmes, showing the heart of a modern day warrior, fought through the agony, retaliating with vicious elbows that opened up a cut above Saetang’s eye. The blood only seemed to motivate Saetang, who went for a spinning backfist that narrowly missed its mark. Holmes, sensing Saetang’s chaotic intent, shot in for another takedown, but this time Saetang sprawled perfectly, stuffing the attempt and forcing the fight back to the feet. With the crowd on their feet, the two warriors traded punches in the center of the cage, each shot echoing through the arena. In the final minute, Holmes dug deep, landing a series of uppercuts that had Saetang on wobbly legs. Saetang, ever the warrior, fired back with a head kick that just grazed Holmes’ temple. The fight ended with both fighters swinging wildly, the crowd roaring in approval as the final horn sounded.

The drone camera hovers for a moment, capturing the anticipation, before the arena erupts with pyrotechnics and dazzling lights one final time, setting the tone for the thrilling event about to begin. As the grand finale wraps up, the feed pops up the poster for tonight’s card.
The drone camera, with a graceful turn, moves toward the cageside area, where the commentary team awaits their cue. The camera smoothly pans in to reveal the dynamic duo, Bodie Sullivan and the legendary Hall of Famer, Byron McCall, standing at their cageside booth. Bodie and Byron exchange knowing nods, their excitement evident as they prepare to provide their insightful commentary on the wars about to be waged.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, fight fans around the world, we are LIVE exclusively on the Battleground Network here at the sold out Climate Pledge Arena in the Emerald City Seattle, Washington — home of Union GP tonight — and the octagon is officially open for business for UGP 59: SUPA vs MARSHALL! Hello everyone and thank you for tuning in! I’m Bodie Sullivan, and joining me as always is the Hall of Fame legend himself, ‘The Last Call’ Byron McCall, and we are here to bring you one of the most highly anticipated cards of the year! Tonight, Champions will defend their thrones, Challengers will stake their claims, and legacies will be forged inside the Union GP cage. It’s as big as it gets!”
BYRON McCALL: “Bodie, you’re absolutely right! This is one of those nights where everything is on the line. The Prelims set the tone with some incredible action, but now, the stakes are raised as we look ahead to the Main Card where careers could be made or shattered in the blink of an eye. The fighters tonight aren’t just competing for titles — they’re competing to etch their names in the history books. We’ve got five incredible bouts lined up, starting with some of the most dangerous contenders in the sport, all the way up to three Championship showdowns that could reshape the landscape of Union GP!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “We’re kicking things off with Catherine Harris taking on Regis Pierre Paul in a high stakes Lightweight tilt. A former Everest MMA Featherweight Champion, Catherine Harris is a top contender in the 155-pound division, a well-rounded fighter who can do it all, and she’s coming in with something to prove. Catherine is looking to cement her place as the number one contender, but Regis is a dynamic striker who’s looking to upset those plans.”
BYRON McCALL: “Harris is tough as nails, but Regis Pierre Paul is the kind of fighter who can steal the show. He’s explosive, unpredictable, and always looking for that highlight-reel finish. He’s flashy, he’s fast, and he can turn the tide of a fight in the blink of an eye. This is a classic clash of styles, and it’s a great matchup to kick off the Main Card.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Next up, we head to the Middleweight Division, where two former Title Challengers collide as the Seattle-based Prodigy 206 constituent Venus Sagapolutele takes on José Meléndez. There’s a lot of similarities between these two. Both of these fighters are absolute powerhouses with devastating knockout power and they know how to survive the storm. This fight could have major implications for the Middleweight title picture, and both of these contenders know what’s at stake.”
BYRON McCALL: “Both fighters are known for their finishing ability, so don’t blink in that one. They’ve got dynamite in their hands and have been in there with the best of the best, and they know how to navigate dangerous waters. I believe they come out swinging right outta the gate, so it’s going to come down to who can survive the early storm and drag this fight into deep waters. It could get really interesting. One clean shot could be lights out for either one. They’re both coming into tonight’s match-up looking to make a statement. This could be a dark horse for Fight of the Night, no doubt.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “From there, we quickly move into the Championship block of the card, starting with our first of two Co-Main Events. With the Heavyweight Championship at stake, the two-time defending Champion Donnie Calabrese will have his hands full with the undefeated Mauro Santos de Lima. With a perfect 15-0 record, Santos de Lima has been terrorizing his way through the Division. But Donnie is as tough as they come; he’s a grinder who’s been in more than his fair share of wars, and he’s not about to let that belt go without a fight. However, you have to pose the question, how does Calabrese approach a fight like this?”
BYRON McCALL: “This is the classic veteran versus young lion matchup, Bodie. This sport loves to feed the old to the young, right? Calabrese is a seasoned veteran with a wealth of experience, but Santos de Lima is a juggernaut. The way he has run through his opponents is something we’ve never seen before in this Division — 15 fights, 15 wins, all by submission. Mauro has been an unstoppable force in the division, but Donnie’s experience and grit make him one of the toughest guys to put away. Donnie’s been here before. He’s heard this narrative all throughout his career. He knows how to dig deep and pull out the win when it matters most. The key for Calabrese is to survive the early storm. De Lima comes out like a freight train, looking to end fights quickly. If Calabrese can weather that, drag this fight into the later rounds, we might see the Champ take over. But that’s a big ‘if.’ Santos de Lima is scary, Bodie. If Donnie can’t impose his game plan early, we could be seeing a changing of the guard in the Heavyweight Division.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Our second Co-Main Event features the Lightweight Championship, where the reigning Queen of the Division, Sadie Williams, defends her title against the dangerous Seattle native, Benji Meyers. Williams has been nothing short of dominant in her reign, using her well-rounded skill set to outclass some of the all-time greats at 155 pounds. However, it’s her grappling that separates her from the pack. Her ground game is second to none, evident by her record-setting submissions that has rewarded her with numerous accolades. However, in order for her to implement her game plan, she’s likely gonna have to walk through fire because Benji Meyers, with his heavy hands and iron chin, poses a serious threat to her reign. This is a fight where one misstep could change everything.”
BYRON McCALL: “Sadie Williams is one of the most complete fighters in the sport, but Benji Meyers is a brawler with a never-say-die attitude and his knockout power is something you just can’t ignore. He’s a dog, man. He comes forward, he throws with bad intentions, and he’s not afraid to eat a shot to land two of his own. This is one of those fights that could go either way. It’s going to come down to who can dictate the terms of the fight. If Williams can stay composed and keep it technical with some distance management, she’ll look to drag this fight into deep waters where she should have the edge — but if she gets forced into a firefight, Meyers has the power to make her pay. He’s like a sniper that can end the fight at any moment, and he’ll be looking for that opening tonight. This fight could end in an instant or be a drawn-out war of attrition, it’s going to be fascinating to see which fighter can impose their will.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And finally, in our Main Event, we have the Bantamweight Championship on the line as “Supastar” CC Flynn defends her title against the Everest MMA SZN 3 Flyweight Champion and Seattle native, Victoria Marshall. This is as high-stakes as it gets. CC Flynn is a force of nature — known for her brash personality and aggressive style. She’s held that title with an iron grip, proving why she is the #1 ranked pound-for-pound fighter in the World. She loves to get in her opponents’ heads before the fight even starts. But Victoria Marshall? She’s all business. She’s not here to play mind games — she’s here to take that belt. The Pride of Seattle has clawed her way to this opportunity, and she’s made it clear that she’s coming for that belt with everything she’s got.”
BYRON McCALL: “And she has all the tools to do it. Victoria Marshall is fighting with a chip on her shoulder, and nothing motivates a fighter more than the chance to win gold in front of their home fans. She’s relentless, she’s powerful, and she’s been on a tear recently. She has the makeup to give CC Flynn serious problems in the cage. But let’s be honest, she’s going up against a different breed of fighter. Supa is known for her flash, her swagger, and that relentless pressure and high-level striking that just wears you down. She’s dangerous from anywhere and she thrives under the spotlight. This is going to be a battle of wills, and I can’t wait to see who comes out on top at the end of the night! One thing’s for sure — Seattle is in for a show tonight!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “It’s going to be a night to remember, folks. We’ll be with you every step of the way, breaking down the action and providing you with the best coverage from bell to bell. So, without further ado, let’s toss it over to our very own hype man, the mouthpiece of MMA, Mike Dempsey, who’s standing by, ready to get things started. Ladies and gentlemen…”
“IT’S BOUT TIME!”
ROUND ONE: As the high stakes Lightweight tilt between Catherine Harris and Regis Pierre Paul begins, the crowd buzzes with anticipation. Catherine Harris, known for her relentless pace, wastes no time asserting her dominance. She opens the round with a crisp jab that immediately finds its mark, snapping Regis’ head back. RPP tries to close the distance, looking to engage Harris in a clinch and work towards a takedown. However, Harris’ superior footwork and speed prove to be a significant challenge for RPP. She circles out of danger with ease, peppering him with stiff leg kicks and sharp combinations whenever he gets too close. Regis manages to catch a kick, driving Harris to the fence, but she quickly shoves him off and returns to the center of the cage, maintaining her control of the fight’s tempo. Harris’ relentless pressure keeps Regis on the back foot, struggling to mount any meaningful offense. She punctuates the round with a flurry of strikes, including a punishing right cross that wobbles Regis momentarily. The crowd erupts as the horn sounds, signaling a dominant opening round for Harris.
ROUND TWO: Pierre Paul enters the second round with a more urgent demeanor. He shoots for an early takedown, attempting to neutralize Harris’ striking with his wrestling, but Harris sprawls effectively, stuffing the takedown and forcing Regis into an awkward position. She capitalizes immediately, landing a knee to the body as they return to their feet. RPP becomes increasingly desperate as he continues to fail in his attempts to get the fight to the ground. Harris, on the other hand, remains composed and methodical. She begins to mix in more body shots, wearing down Regis with each punishing strike. A perfectly timed liver shot causes RPP to wince, and Harris follows up with a head kick that grazes him, keeping him off balance. The pace is all Harris, who’s dictating every exchange with her superior striking and movement. Regis tries to engage in the clinch, but Harris easily breaks free, countering with a vicious uppercut that sends shockwaves through the crowd. Regis stumbles back, and Harris closes the round with a relentless barrage of punches that nearly forces the referee to intervene.
ROUND THREE: Entering the third round, Catherine Harris shows no signs of slowing down. She’s fully in control, and Regis Pierre Paul is visibly fatigued, his desperation evident as he continues to pursue takedowns. Harris, reading his every move, defends with ease and punishes him for each failed attempt. Midway through the round, Harris lands a perfectly timed knee right down the middle as RPP shoots in, putting him on Dream Street. Regis crumbles to the canvas, and Harris pounces immediately, securing top position. The crowd is on their feet as Harris unleashes a ferocious ground and pound assault. Her punches rain down with precision, each one finding its mark as RPP struggles to defend himself. The referee watches closely as Harris increases the intensity, hammering away at Regis, whose defense is all but broken. With Regis no longer intelligently defending himself, the referee steps in, calling a halt to the contest.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back ladies and gentlemen from our break for station identification. We are live here at the sold out Climate Pledge Arena, and we’re just about ready to dive back into the action here tonight, but before we do, we’ve got some exciting guests in the house. If you’re a fan of pro wrestling, you’re in for a treat! Look who we have here! That’s Finnegan Wakefield front and center, flanked by his Rogues Gallery brethren, Levi Silvera and Shaun Kasiano. These three are a force to be reckoned with in the wrestling world, and they’re here tonight, soaking in the live action!”
BYRON McCALL: “Finnegan Wakefield has a massive match coming up at Royalty #8, where he’ll be challenging for the King’s Road World Championship. I’m especially hyped because I’ll be there calling it. This is a guy who’s built a reputation as one of the most violent and mentally tough competitors in the business. You can just feel the intensity radiating off him. And let’s not forget about Levi Silvera and Shaun Kasiano. These guys have been tearing it up alongside Wakefield, and together, The Rogues Gallery has been a dominant force.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “It’s always a treat to have crossover stars in the building, and with Wakefield’s upcoming Championship match, you know the stakes couldn’t be higher. The Rogues Gallery is known for doing things on their terms, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re here tonight to send a message. Whether you’re a wrestling fan or not, you have to appreciate the presence these guys bring. It’s going to be interesting to see how Wakefield’s road to Royalty #8 unfolds. But right now, let’s get back to the action inside the octagon. We’ve got more fights on deck, and it’s only getting better from here!”
ROUND ONE: The Seattle crowd was in a frenzy, firmly behind their hometown hero, Venus Sagapolutele. As the opening bell rang, Sagapolutele wasted no time, establishing her dominance with crisp, technical striking. She kept José Meléndez at bay with precise jabs and punishing low kicks, exploiting his slower footwork. Sagapolutele’s Muay Thai background was on full display as she seamlessly transitioned between her kicks and elbows, catching Meléndez off guard with a slicing elbow that opened a cut above his right eye. Meléndez tried to close the distance, hoping to land a fight-altering punch, but Sagapolutele’s lateral movement and counters stifled his offense. Midway through the round, Meléndez managed to clinch, forcing Sagapolutele against the cage. However, she quickly reversed the position, using her superior clinch work to land knees to the body, further draining Meléndez’s energy. In the final minute, Sagapolutele turned up the heat, landing a flush head kick that wobbled Meléndez. The crowd erupted as she followed up with a flurry of punches, forcing Meléndez into a desperate defense. The round ended with Meléndez on the back foot, struggling to regain his composure as Sagapolutele walked confidently back to her corner.
ROUND TWO: Sagapolutele came out even more aggressive in the second round, fully aware of her opponent’s diminished stamina and confidence. She peppered Meléndez with a series of snapping front kicks, keeping him at range while methodically breaking down his defenses. Meléndez attempted to switch up his approach, mixing in feints and body shots, but Sagapolutele’s superior timing and defensive awareness rendered his efforts futile. Halfway through the round, Sagapolutele began targeting Meléndez’s legs with brutal low kicks, each one landing with a resounding thud that echoed through the arena. Meléndez’s lead leg started to buckle under the relentless assault, forcing him to switch stances — a tactic that only served to further open him up to Sagapolutele’s strikes. She capitalized immediately, doubling up on her jab and landing a straight right that snapped Meléndez’s head back, drawing blood from his nose. With Meléndez visibly slowing down, Sagapolutele pushed the pace, mixing up her strikes with a beautiful variety of angles. A spinning back elbow landed flush, sending Meléndez reeling against the cage. The Seattle crowd roared as Sagapolutele smelled blood, launching a ferocious attack that had Meléndez covering up, barely surviving the round as the referee hovered nearby, ready to step in.
ROUND THREE: Entering the final round, it was clear that Sagapolutele was in complete control, while Meléndez was running on fumes. The hometown favorite didn’t let up, charging forward with a series of aggressive combinations that had Meléndez backpedaling from the opening seconds. Sagapolutele’s striking was as precise as it was powerful, and Meléndez was struggling just to keep up. A beautifully timed uppercut nearly ended the fight, but Meléndez, showing incredible heart, managed to stay on his feet. Yet, the writing was on the wall. Sagapolutele sensed the finish was near and began setting up her final move. She feinted with a right cross, drawing Meléndez’s guard high, before unleashing a devastating left high kick that landed flush on his temple. Meléndez crumpled to the canvas, the referee immediately stepping in to wave off the fight as the crowd erupted in deafening cheers.

BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back to the broadcast, ladies and gentlemen. We’ve got a lot of action still to come as we draw nearer to our first of two Championship Co-Main Events, but before we dive back into the action here tonight, we’ve got some special guests in the crowd that we’ve just got to acknowledge. First up, we’ve got Melanie Myer, a name that’s been making serious waves in the pro wrestling world. Melanie is not only a top-tier athlete but also the driving force behind her own wrestling company, Myerville. They’re in the midst of the intense Anti-Icon Saga Tournament to crown their very first World Champion. With competitors like MYŌJIN, Olivia Wythe, and Sierra Renegade in the mix, you know it’s going to be an absolute must-watch!
BYRON McCALL: “Absolutely, Bodie. Melanie’s been doing something special with Myerville, really pushing the envelope in the wrestling scene. The Anti-Icon Saga Tournament has got everyone talking, and it’s awesome to see someone so passionate about the business taking the reins like she has.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And right next to her, we’ve got another powerhouse in the wrestling industry — Becca Black, the owner of SHINE, one of the newest additions to the Battleground Network. SHINE is set to host their upcoming PPV, Cosmic Dreams, next month, and it’s headlined by a blockbuster match between Kimberly Stark and Lisa Seldon for the SHINE World Championship. That’s going to be a clash for the ages!”
BYRON McCALL: “No doubt about it, Bodie. SHINE has been on a meteoric rise since its inception, and Becca’s vision is clearly paying off. The Stark vs. Seldon matchup has got all the makings of a classic, and I can’t wait to see how it all plays out. Big things are happening in the world of wrestling, and it’s great to have these two titans here with us tonight!”
The lights in the arena dim as the crowd rumbles with growing impatience. The unmistakable sound of a distant helicopter rotor begins to echo through the arena, a prelude that sends chills down the spine of every fight fan in attendance. As the intensity of the noise swells, the first thundering chords of “Tropa de Elite” by Tihuana drop, igniting the arena with raw energy.

Mauro Santos de Lima emerges from the shadowy depths of the tunnel, his silhouette framed by flashing strobes of green, blue, and yellow light. His eyes are laser-focused, a contrast to the wild energy of the music enveloping the arena. Clad in black shorts with his nickname “Jibóia” emblazoned across the back, Mauro moves with the precision of a trained assassin, each step deliberate and calculated.
His walk is unhurried, almost methodical. The bass-heavy beat pulses through the air, syncopating with his steps. Mauro’s cornermen, wearing matching shirts, follow closely behind, their expressions mirroring the fighter’s intensity. As he approaches the barricade, he pauses briefly, tilting his head slightly, taking in the roar of the crowd. For a moment, it’s as if time slows down — this is the calm before the storm.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Making the walk for our first of three Championship bouts tonight is the undefeated phenom from Salvador, Brazil — Mauro Santos de Lima. Known as “Jibóia”, which translates to boa constrictor, this man has made a name for himself with an astonishing 15-0 record, all by submission! Mauro is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu wizard, a former Everest MMA Cruiserweight Champion, and a relentless force in the cage. He’s been awarded Performance of the Night honors three times in his Union GP tenure, and has finished all but one opponent in the first round.”
BYRON McCALL: “Mauro is on a whole different level when it comes to grappling, his skill set is something we haven’t really seen in this division. And what really sets him apart is his creativity with submissions. He’s strong, he’s relentless, and when he gets his hands on you, it’s like his nickname suggests, a boa constrictor wrapping you up — you know it’s only a matter of time before he finishes the job. His skills are already championship caliber, and he’s about to face the biggest name yet in Donnie Calabrese. Tonight, he’s got the chance to prove he’s not just a rising star but the future of this division.”
The camera zooms in as Mauro reaches the inspection area. The officials approach him for their routine examination. The cutman steps in, applying a thin layer of Vaseline to Mauro’s face, creating a sheen that glistens under the bright lights. The next official steps up and methodically pat down Mauro’s legs, arms, and torso. A brief nod signals the completion of the final step, and Mauro turns towards the octagon.
He reaches the steps of the cage, pausing momentarily as he places one foot on the steel. He takes a deep breath, savoring the moment, knowing that in seconds, the world will shrink to the confines of the cage. With a final glance towards the crowd, Mauro climbs the steps, the music still reverberating in the air. He steps through the cage door, and begins shuffling around the perimeter of the cage. The music fades, but the energy lingers.

The tension in the arena has reached a fever pitch. The lights dim back down, the crowd hushes, and suddenly, the booming beat of “Bando Commando” by Yavid reverberates through the venue, signaling the arrival of the one and only “Dog Face” Donnie Calabrese. As the music builds, the screens around the arena light up with highlights of Calabrese’s greatest knockouts. The imagery is raw and brutal, a perfect match for the grimacing, relentless persona of the two-time Champion. The camera cuts to the entrance tunnel, where fog machines spew thick clouds, obscuring the view.
Through the haze, a silhouette emerges. It’s Dog Face Donnie, his massive frame outlined against the bright lights. His head is down, hood up, and his stride is purposeful. With each step, the crowd’s roar intensifies, a wave of cheers crashing over the arena. His theme song’s powerful lyrics and aggressive beats sync perfectly with his deliberate march, creating an almost primal connection between the fighter and the audience.
Flanked by his entourage, Donnie Calabrese steps into the spotlight, and the audience can see the intensity in his eyes, the focus etched on his rugged face. The Champ wears a custom BST Fightwear robe, emblazoned with his moniker and an imposing graphic of a snarling dog, teeth bared, muscles rippling. As he makes his way to the cage, he slaps hands with fans, but his eyes never leave the octagon. This is his territory, and he’s here to defend it with every ounce of his being.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, the reigning, defending Union GP Heavyweight Champion, “Dog Face” Donnie Calabrese! This man embodies the spirit of this sport, with a career that is filled with highlight reel moments. He’s a two-time champion, has the most wins in company history, most knockouts in company history, fastest knockout in company history, recipient of the 2018-2019 Comeback Fighter of the Year, 2023 Knockout of the Year, and several Nightly Bonus awards. Donnie’s boxing is absolutely vicious, his ground and pound is relentless — he quite literally got that dawg in him!”
BYRON McCALL: “What sets Donnie apart is that he fights with pure emotion. He’s been in the sport for a while, but he’s never lost that hunger, that drive to prove he’s the baddest man on the planet. He’s taken his lumps, learned from them, and now he’s here, ready to unleash hell on Mauro Santos de Lima. Donnie doesn’t just win; he makes a statement every time he steps into that cage. He’s got a swagger that you just don’t see often. Whether it’s his devastating power or that unbreakable will, Donnie Calabrese is the epitome of what it means to be a Champion. Mauro has his work cut out for him tonight, because Dog Face is coming to make sure that belt stays in Chicago!”
As he reaches the octagon, he pauses for a moment, taking in the atmosphere, feeling the energy of the crowd. He removes his robe, revealing his hulking physique. The Championship belt gleams around his waist, a symbol of his supremacy in the division. He hands the title off to the nearest official and dabs up all of his cornermen. Donnie then turns to the inspection official, where his face is greased and equipment examined.
Once he’s been cleared, Donnie climbs the steps to the cage, his expression is one of stoic determination. He steps through the door, entering the octagon with the confidence of a gladiator who knows he’s about to go to war. The music fades, but the crowd’s enthusiasm does not. Inside the octagon, he paces back and forth, like a caged beast ready to be unleashed. His coaches whisper last-minute strategies, but it’s clear Calabrese is already in the zone, mentally preparing to defend his title.
As the cage door locks behind him, a silence falls, punctuated only by the thumping of thousands of hearts. The anticipation has reached a boiling point. The battle is about to begin. And in this moment, under the bright lights and amidst the roaring crowd, Donnie Calabrese is ready to add another chapter to his storied legacy.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for the Co-Main Event of the evening! Sanctioned by the Washington State Department of Licensing’s Professional Athletics, our three judges scoring this contest at cageside are Cody Allen, Bobby Keller, and Amos Dalton, and when the action begins, our referee in charge in the octagon is Dusty Whittaker. AND NOW, live from the sold out Climate Pledge Arena in The Emerald City — Seattle, Washington, streaming exclusively on the Battleground Network…”
IT’S TIME!
MIKE DEMPSEY: “The following contest is scheduled for five rounds and it is for the Union Grand Prix Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, fighting out of the blue corner, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Grappler holding a perfect professional mixed martial arts record of fifteen wins, zero losses. He stands 6’4” tall, and weighing in at 265 pounds. He is from Salvador, Brazil — presenting the former Everest MMA Cruiserweight Champion and the number one ranked Heavyweight Contender in the World, “Jibóia” Mauro Santos de Lima!”
Mauro stands in his corner, a pillar of calm intensity, his body swaying ever so slightly as if in sync with some unseen rhythm, his face a mask of unyielding focus, displaying not a trace of emotion throughout the introduction.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “And his opponent, fighting out of the red corner, a Boxer holding a professional mixed martial arts record of twenty-two wins, ten losses. He stands 6’1” tall, and weighing in at 265 pounds. He is from Chicago, Illinois, fighting out of the Hot Squad — presenting THE REIGNING, DEFENDING, UNDISPUTED Union Grand Prix Heavyweight Champion of the World, “Dog Face” Donnie Calabrese!”
Donnie paces like a rabid dog, his clenched fist piercing the air with defiance. The crowd roars, their cheers crashing around him like a wave, and with a fierce nod, Donnie acknowledges their energy.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “History is up for grabs as we are about to embark on a possible twenty-five minutes of Heavyweight action!”
With Mike Dempsey standing behind holding the microphone, the referee calls them to the center for final instructions, the atmosphere is electric, every eye in the arena and beyond fixated on these two fighters.
DUSTY WHITTAKER: “Alright gentlemen, we’ve already gone over the rules in the back. I want you to protect yourself at all times and follow my instructions. Let’s touch gloves and have a good, clean fight.”
Both fighters are on the brink of exploding with adrenaline. With barely a moment’s pause, they touch gloves and swiftly retreat to their corners. As they lock into their stances, Dusty Whittaker checks in with each fighter one final time, ensuring they are primed and ready for what lies ahead.
ROUND ONE: The Climate Pledge Arena was booming as the Heavyweight Championship Co-Main Event kicked off. The round opened with both men exchanging probing jabs, each feeling out the other’s timing. Calabrese, known for his thunderous power and exceptional boxing, aimed to keep the fight standing, but Santos de Lima, with his towering presence and deceptive agility, had other plans. It took less than a minute for the Brazilian to close the distance, slipping under Calabrese’s right hand and driving the Champion into the fence with a powerful double leg takedown. The crowd roared as Santos de Lima asserted his will, securing top position with a smooth transition into side control. Calabrese immediately began working to recover guard, but Santos de Lima’s world-class jiu-jitsu was on full display. The challenger methodically smothered Calabrese, shifting his weight with expert precision, rendering the Champion’s attempts to escape futile. As the clock ticked down, Santos de Lima began to advance his position, slipping into full mount. The Brazilian’s hips were heavy, his posture impeccable, and Calabrese found himself in dire straits. Santos de Lima unleashed a barrage of ground and pound, forcing Calabrese to give up his back in desperation. With thirty seconds left in the round, Santos de Lima pounced on the opportunity, snaking his arm under Calabrese’s chin for a rear naked choke. The arena held its breath as Calabrese’s face turned red, his fingers clawing at the Brazilian’s arm. It looked like the reign of the Champion was coming to an abrupt end, but in a stunning show of heart, Calabrese managed to survive. With mere seconds left, he peeled Santos de Lima’s arm off just enough to create space, and the horn sounded, signaling the end of the round.
ROUND TWO: The second frame began with Calabrese visibly rattled but determined to find a way to keep the fight standing. Santos de Lima, however, was unrelenting. The Brazilian pressed forward with calculated aggression, cutting off the cage with his footwork and forcing Calabrese to engage on his terms. Calabrese threw heavy punches, hoping to catch Santos de Lima with a counter, but the Brazilian’s head movement and defensive awareness were on point, allowing him to slip the strikes and close the distance once more. Santos de Lima shot for another takedown, and despite Calabrese’s attempt to sprawl, the Brazilian’s technique was too sharp. Santos de Lima secured a single leg and drove through, once again bringing the fight to the canvas. The challenger wasted no time transitioning to side control, methodically breaking down Calabrese’s defenses with suffocating pressure. Calabrese was trapped, pinned under the weight of a man whose jiu-jitsu was levels above anything he had faced before. Santos de Lima worked diligently, advancing to mount and raining down elbows and punches. Calabrese tried to scramble, but every move he made seemed to play into the Brazilian’s hands. Santos de Lima expertly isolated an arm, threatening a submission, but Calabrese’s grit and experience allowed him to defend just enough to avoid imminent danger. The round progressed with Santos de Lima maintaining his dominance on the ground, systematically breaking down the Champion’s will. Calabrese’s corner screamed for him to create space and get back to his feet, but the Brazilian’s control was too tight. The Champion’s frustration was evident as he found himself unable to execute his game plan, forced to play defense under the relentless assault. As the round ended, Calabrese pushed Santos de Lima off just enough to stand, but the damage was done. His face bore the marks of the Brazilian’s elbows, and his breathing was labored. Santos de Lima, on the other hand, still looked fresh, his confidence growing with each passing minute.
ROUND THREE: Entering the third round, the Champion needed to find an answer to Santos de Lima’s grappling. Calabrese came out aggressive, knowing that he was behind on the scorecards and needed to turn the tide. He launched a furious barrage of strikes, swinging with bad intentions, but Santos de Lima was unfazed. The Brazilian expertly avoided the big shots and once again closed the distance, clinching with Calabrese and driving him to the fence. From there, it was more of the same. Santos de Lima’s wrestling and jiu-jitsu were simply overwhelming. He dragged Calabrese to the mat with a trip, landing in half guard this time. Calabrese, understanding the urgency, attempted to scramble and create space, but Santos de Lima was a step ahead. The Brazilian passed to side control, then to mount, applying a crushing top pressure that had the Champion trapped. Midway through the round, Santos de Lima postured up and began raining down punches. Calabrese, in a desperate move, rolled to his back, hoping to shake the Brazilian off, but Santos de Lima capitalized, taking the Champion’s back once again. The crowd held its breath as Santos de Lima locked in a body triangle and worked for a rear naked choke. This time, it seemed like the end was near. However, Calabrese’s iron will and exceptional toughness came into play. Santos de Lima struggled to get under the Champion’s chin; Calabrese’s neck, thick and strong, proved to be a significant obstacle. Despite several attempts to finish the fight, Santos de Lima couldn’t secure the choke. With just under a minute left, Calabrese, feeding off the energy of the crowd, managed to shake off Santos de Lima’s grip, reversing the position and getting back to his feet. The arena exploded in cheers as Calabrese stood tall, battered but not beaten. He knew he had to make something happen, but the round ended before he could mount any offense. Santos de Lima returned to his corner, breathing heavily for the first time, his frustration mounting as he failed to finish the fight despite dominating the first three rounds.
ROUND FOUR: The Championship rounds began with a shift in the air. Santos de Lima, who had controlled the fight thus far, looked noticeably fatigued. Calabrese, on the other hand, seemed to have found a second wind. The Champion came out aggressively, pushing the pace and forcing Santos de Lima to engage in striking exchanges. The Brazilian, clearly winded, was no longer moving with the same fluidity, and his strikes lacked the pop they had earlier. Calabrese pressed forward, throwing combinations that had the crowd roaring. Santos de Lima attempted to shoot for a takedown, but his movements were slower, and Calabrese sprawled effectively, keeping the fight on the feet. The Champion then began to chop at Santos de Lima’s legs with powerful low kicks, further draining the Brazilian’s energy. The turning point came halfway through the round. Santos de Lima, desperate to change the trajectory of the fight, lunged in with a looping left hook. Calabrese saw it coming, slipped the punch, and uncorked a massive overhand right that landed flush on Santos de Lima’s jaw. The impact was thunderous, and the Brazilian crumpled to the canvas, unconscious before he hit the ground.
The arena exploded into chaos as Calabrese raised his arms, his breathtaking comeback victory cementing his legacy as a true champion. The referee, recognizing the finality of the devastating knockout, immediately waved off the fight as medics rushed into the cage. Santos de Lima lay motionless on the canvas, the echoes of Calabrese’s thunderous overhand still hanging in the air. The crowd held its breath, the tension thick as the medics worked swiftly. After what felt like an eternity, Mauro Santos de Lima slowly regained consciousness and, with assistance, found his footing. The atmosphere was electric as the physicians exited the cage, allowing both warriors to gather at the center for the official announcement.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, referee Dusty Whittaker has called for a stop in this fight at three minutes twenty-one seconds in the fourth round, declaring the winner by knockout, AAAAAND STIIIIILL the undisputed Union Grand Prix Heavyweight Champion of the World, “Dog Face” Donnie Calabrese!”
The crowd roared with approval as Donnie Calabrese was declared the winner. Union GP Founder Dante Reed stepped into the octagon, draping the championship belt over Calabrese’s shoulder in a moment of triumph. The two fighters then met in the center, exchanging a respectful handshake that spoke volumes of the battle they had just endured. As they parted ways, the screen lit up with the fight’s statistics, while the commentators recapped the unforgettable moments of a fight that would be remembered for years to come.

The Seattle crowd roars with electric energy, still reeling from the jaw-dropping finish, as the camera captures the intensity of the moment. At the heart of the octagon, Donnie Calabrese stands tall, his teammates gathered around him in a tight circle, celebrating a victory that will be etched in history. The atmosphere is thick with emotion as Bodie Sullivan, microphone gripped tightly, steps forward, ready to capture the words of a Champion who has just defied the odds.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am here with the winner AND STILL Union GP Heavyweight Champion, Donnie Calabrese! Donnie, what an incredible comeback! You were in a world of trouble for those first three rounds, but then you landed that bomb of an overhand right in the fourth to seal the victory. How are you feeling right now?”
DONNIE CALABRESE: “Man, I’m on top of the world, Bodie. This fight… it was everything I expected and more. Mauro Santos de Lima is legit. Muhfuckin’ Cobra Commander, had me in some tight shit. Had me in some real deep waters tonight, but that’s what makes this sport so special. It’s about digging deep and finding that last bit of strength when you think you’re done. And tonight, I found it.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You certainly did. Let’s talk about that moment in the first round when Mauro had that rear naked choke locked in. It looked like the fight was seconds away from being over. What was going through your mind at that point?”
DONNIE CALABRESE: “You know, Bodie, I won’t lie — things were looking pretty bleak. But I’ve been in this game a long time, and one thing I’ve learned is that it ain’t over until it’s over. My neck’s pretty thick, so I knew if I could just hang on and survive those last few seconds, I’d get another chance. That’s all I needed — just one more chance.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You mentioned your experience and your ability to weather the storm. You’ve been at the top of the Heavyweight Division for a long time now. That leads me to my next question: What’s next for Donnie Calabrese? Are we going to see you defend the title again soon?”
DONNIE CALABRESE: “That’s a good question, Bodie. I mean, tonight tested my cardio and grappling, but I feel good. I’m definitely going to take some time to let it all sink in. But I’ll tell you this — I got my eye on UGP 60 in Chicago. That’s my hometown, and you know you ain’t rolling into Chiraq without the Dog Face! As for who? Well, Dominic Donaldson is a name that keeps coming up. He’s a top contender, a fellow Chicago guy… it’d be a huge fight. But I’m going to talk to Dante Reed tonight and see if we can make something special happen. We’ll figure it out.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “That sounds like something the fans would love to see — Calabrese vs. Donaldson in Chicago would be a massive event. But Donnie, you’ve been in this sport for a while now, and there’s been some speculation about how much longer you plan to fight. Can you give us any insight on that?”
DONNIE CALABRESE: “Bodie, that’s the million-dollar question, ain’t it? Look, I love this sport. It’s given me everything, and I’ve given it everything in return. But, you know, there comes a time when you start thinking about what’s next, about life after fighting. I’m not saying I’m done — far from it — but I am saying that every fight from here on out means a little bit more. How many more? That’s something I’ll keep close to the chest for now. But Chicago… that’s where my heart is, and I want to put on a show for my people one more time at least.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You’re leaving us with a bit of a cliffhanger there, Donnie, but it sounds like we haven’t seen the last of you yet. Thank you for an amazing performance tonight and for giving us another classic. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s hear it one more time for your Union GP Heavyweight Champion, Donnie Calabrese!”
DONNIE CALABRESE: “Thanks, Bodie. And thank you, Seattle! You guys were incredible tonight!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And we’re back! Folks, before we continue with our Championship block tonight, we’d like to remind you that in just two weeks time, we begin the Championship Grand Prix tournaments for the newly established Welterweight and Featherweight Divisions in Chicago, Illinois at our very own BST Center! Eight quarterfinals matchups are scheduled to go down to help usher in a new era of mixed martial arts. One half of the Main Event that evening, Kirk Jenkins, sat down with our very own Kayla Chapman to discuss his enormous Union GP debut against a very tough prospect, Jack Donovan.
KAYLA CHAPMAN: Ladies and gentlemen, I’m joined here by one half of the upcoming Boss Fight XLIX main event of the evening. A man with many nicknames such as…
Kayla looks up from a piece of paper.
KAYLA CHAPMAN: “Dangerous K”, “Cyanide”, “Ol’ Kirko Jenks”, “Albuquerque’s Finest”, and —wait, we can’t say that last one— Kirk Jenkins. Kirk, first things first, thank you for your time.
KIRK JENKINS: Ay, thanks for having me here. Love the fancy-ass studio, shit rocks, guess that’s where all the moolah goes.
KAYLA CHAPMAN: (chuckle) You’ve been recently signed to UGP officially, talk to me about your thoughts going into DRIP and having that fi—
KIRK JENKINS: Let me stop you right there. Listen, no disrespect, but ain’t nothin’ new I can say. I pressured, I did what I do best ever since I was a teenager on the streets, and I won. End of story, y’know? And now, I’ll be in attendance to watch the very best beat each other up.
Before Kayla could move on with her next question, Kirk adds,
KIRK JENKINS: I mean that part, by the way. The street part. My cuz’ Cracks and I, friends and other family or whatever, loved to fight in the streets and shit. We had our own lil’ ring in our backyard, sometimes just on the street with the hardass asphalt. Y’know, for baby’s first CTE symptoms. And, uhm… that got us arrested, and so we memorized the mutual combat laws from then on and here we are, baby.
Laughs are heard around the studio, but Kayla resists and moves on with her next question.
KIRK JENKINS: It’s okay, you can laugh. It’s kinda funny. And then I started going to boxing and Muay Thai and shit. Also Karate, but I started training it less because I found it kinda zesty. With all due respect. Them zesty kicks work, and y’all ain’t gonna see them coming for shit. Don’t say I didn’t warn y’all!
KAYLA CHAPMAN: Talk to me about your mentality coming into your next fight against Jack Donovan in the main event of Boss Fight XLIX. He seems to have plenty of hype behind him, and people even say that he’s a nightmare match-up for you. What do you have to say about the matter?
Kirk’s smile fades as he nods and stops. At this moment of stillness, he recollects his thoughts.
KIRK JENKINS: You know, I… am very, very well-aware of what people are saying about me. I have their criticisms memorized already. “You’re too old to be considered a prospect”; “you’re too reckless to get far in the tournament, let alone be the champ”; “His record is average”; “He’s just a gimmick; a clown, nothing special outside of his… fuckin’ character.”
KIRK JENKINS: And to them, I say to keep ‘em going, man. You guys wanna be haters? I’ll be the biggest hater when I win, muh’fucka. All they’ll do is fuel me, bro. All those comments are just petty shit to me, man. It don’t mean anything in the grand scheme of shit. Listen, I’ve had to work real young to put food on the table at times then go out and fight because it was– still is play to me. For every fight, I detach myself from everyone I love to go deep into my camp. I dehydrate myself and feel like absolute dogshit to cut the necessary weight. Hell, I even fought at lightweight and featherweight! Now granted, I got my ass whooped, but that’s not the point. The point is… y’all know this, y’all know the pain we all gotta go thru. It’s second nature to me, bro! I do this shit willingly every single time I step into a cage or a ring, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So muh’fuckas can keep talking, it don’t matter, I’ll be there to watch everyone’s faces when I shock the whole world.
KIRK JENKINS: As for Jack?
Kirk turns to face the camera.
KIRK JENKINS: Listen, my man, it ain’t personal. It was never personal. Shit, I’ll still happily smoke a blunt or hit a bong with you after the fight, big dog. But lemme just warn you that I ain’t holding back. All the respect is gonna be thrown out the window when that cage door shuts. I’ll fight like I always have, like the world is ending. Especially now, because this guy from Albuquerque is gonna make history and become the first ever UGP Welterweight World Champ, god dammit!
KAYLA CHAPMAN: Huge statement promised by one of the challengers, ladies and gentlemen! We hope to see you on September 8th at the BST Center in Chicago, Illinois for Boss Fight XLIX: Jenkins vs Donovan!
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And there he is, ladies and gentlemen, in the flesh here in The Emerald City! The wildcard of the Welterweight Division, Kirk Jenkins, the man who promises to shake up the Union GP scene in a big way! This guy is no stranger to the spotlight, and he’s about to step into the Union GP cage for the first time, where he’ll be competing in the newly established Welterweight Championship Grand Prix.”
BYRON McCALL: “There’s been a lot of buzz around Jenkins ever since the announcement. His striking game is lethal, his ground game is solid, and he’s got the kind of grit and determination that Champions are made of. Boss Fight XLIX is shaping up to be an unforgettable night, and Jenkins is going to be a huge part of that as we kick off the Championship Grand Prix tournaments for both the Welterweight and Featherweight Divisions. The excitement for this one is off the charts!”

As the arena lights dim and the pulsating beat of “Lalala” by Y2K and bbno$ fills the air, the anticipation in the crowd reaches a fever pitch. This isn’t just any walkout; this is the entrance of Benji Meyers, the electrifying young prospect with a penchant for both talent and excitement both in and out of the cage.
With each beat of the music, the crowd roars in excitement, knowing they’re about to witness something special. As the opening lyrics echo through the arena, a spotlight illuminates the entrance ramp, and there he is – Benji Meyers, focused and determined, yet with a playful glint in his eye.
Wearing his signature BST Fightwear gear, Benji confidently struts down the ramp, soaking in the energy of the crowd. Fans reach out to high-five him, their cheers echoing off the walls. Despite the intensity of the moment, Benji can’t help but crack a smile, feeding off the infectious energy around him.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And now ladies and gentlemen, here comes the number one ranked Lightweight contender Benji Meyers, making the walk for the biggest fight of his career! Born and bred right here in the Emerald City, the Prodigy 206 prospect is riding a five fight win streak coming into tonight’s monumental test. This young phenom, only 21 years of age, has already earned Fight of the Night honors twice and a Performance of the Night bonus at the milestone event, UGP 50. Meyers is a tricky and unique striker, blending a primary boxing base with a wide karate stance. Known for his speed and energy, he’s a southpaw who loves to keep the fight standing. ”
BYRON McCALL: “And let’s not forget his power, Bodie. Finishing all but two opponents in all of his wins, Meyers has got heavy hands which makes him a force to be reckoned with in the Lightweight Division. Tonight, he faces his toughest challenge yet against the reigning champion, Sadie Williams. Meyers may have some weaknesses in his wrestling and overall ground game, but his striking accuracy and footwork are top-notch. This kid has heart, and he’s here to prove he’s not just hype. Don’t be surprised if he comes out swinging for the fences, trying to end this one early. This is going to be an electrifying fight for as long as it lasts!”
As he reaches the cageside area, Benji pauses for a moment, taking a deep breath to center himself. With the music still pumping, he begins the process of preparing for battle. His cornermen surround him, helping to remove his BST Fightwear warmup gear as he stands tall, his gaze unwavering. With each step of the inspection process, Benji’s focus intensifies. The official meticulously inspects his body and gear, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition for the fight ahead. His face is greased, his gloves checked, his mind sharp and ready.
Finally, after clearing the inspection, Benji steps through the cage door, his presence commanding and undeniable. The crowd erupts in a deafening roar, their cheers echoing throughout the arena as they rally behind this young phenom. As he positions himself in his corner, Benji takes one last moment to soak in the atmosphere, a grin spreading across his face. This is what he lives for – the thrill of competition, the camaraderie of the crowd, and the opportunity to showcase his talent on the grandest stage.

The lights dim, and the crowd buzzes with anticipation as the opening notes of “Protect Ya Neck” by Wu-Tang Clan echo through the arena. The unmistakable beat drops, and the energy in the building instantly elevates. Fans rise to their feet, a roar of excitement rippling through the sea of faces as the Lightweight Champion Sadie Williams steps into the spotlight.
She’s calm, collected, and oozing confidence. A laid-back smile curls her lips as she emerges from the tunnel, her eyes scanning the crowd, soaking in the atmosphere. The song’s heavy bass and razor-sharp lyrics are a perfect match for her swagger. She moves with a relaxed rhythm, almost as if she’s dancing to the beat, bouncing lightly on her feet. Sadie isn’t rushing; this is her moment, and she’s savoring every second of it.
As she makes her way down the aisle, she extends a hand, slapping palms with fans who lean over the barricades, eager for a memorable moment with the Champion. Approaching the cage, she slows her pace, giving a few final high-fives before turning her attention to the octagon ahead.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, making her way to the Octagon, the reigning, defending Union Grand Prix Lightweight Champion, Sadie Williams! Known as ‘The Serpent,’ the 28 year old Vancouver native has already built a legacy that’s hard to match. She’s one of the select few who have become both an Everest MMA Champion and a Union GP Champion. She’s unbeaten in her last eleven fights, including a stunning Rolling Kimura that earned her the fastest submission in company history as well as the 2023 Submission of the Year Honors. She’s on her way to becoming an all-time great.”
BYRON McCALL: “And what a ride it’s been, Bodie. From nearly giving up on professional fighting after a freak injury in her younger days, to making a comeback and dominating this sport. We know she’s a submission grappling specialist out of 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, with an array of high level, unorthodox submissions that keep her opponents guessing. She’s not just a submission artist, though — her striking combinations are relentless, which keep her opponents honest, and thus helps her set up traps to drag the fight to the ground. Her story is one of resilience and unstoppable pursuit of excellence. Tonight, she’s here to defend her title on enemy territory and cement her legacy even further!”
The cage looms, a stage where she’s built her legacy, and she knows it. The smile remains, but there’s a flicker of intensity in her eyes now as she steps up to the commission’s inspection station. The official checks her gloves, mouthpiece, and wraps, but Sadie stays loose, cracking a joke that draws a laugh from the surrounding security and staff. Her confidence is unshakable, a steady force that only grows as the fight nears.
Inspection complete, she takes a deep breath, then moves toward the octagon door. The crowd’s noise swells, feeding off her energy. Sadie pauses, looks around, and grins as if she’s got a secret only she knows. She’s been known to mix it up here, and tonight, she opts for something new — a quick, playful shimmy of her shoulders before she drops into a crouch, springing forward to cartwheel into the cage with effortless grace.
The crowd erupts as she pops up on the other side, raising her hands high as she circles the perimeter, soaking in the cheers. Her relaxed demeanor never falters; this is her playground, and she’s here to put on a show. As she reaches her corner, she turns, eyes locking on her opponent with a look that says it all: she’s ready, and this is going to be a fight to remember.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for the Co-Main Event of the evening! Sanctioned by the Washington State Department of Licensing’s Professional Athletics, our three judges scoring this contest at cageside are Cody Allen, Bobby Keller, and Amos Dalton, and when the action begins, our referee in charge in the octagon is Lars Levy. AND NOW, live from the sold out Climate Pledge Arena in The Emerald City — Seattle, Washington, streaming exclusively on the Battleground Network…”
IT’S TIME!
MIKE DEMPSEY: “The following contest is scheduled for five rounds and it is for the Union Grand Prix Lightweight Championship! Introducing first, fighting out of the blue corner, a Boxer holding a professional mixed martial arts record of seventeen wins, five losses. He stands 6’1” tall, and weighing in at 155 pounds. He is from The Emerald City — Seattle, Washington, fighting out of Prodigy 206 — presenting the number one ranked Lightweight Contender in the World, “Bony Stark” Benji Meyers!”
Driven by raw adrenaline, Benji Meyers paces in his corner, emotions raging like a storm inside him. With each fierce smack to his face, chest, and legs, he fans the flames of a primal fire. Every second brings his discipline and preparation into sharper focus, revealing the relentless warrior within the Seattle native.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “And his opponent, fighting out of the red corner, a 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Fighter holding a professional mixed martial arts record of seventeen wins, five losses, one draw. She stands 5’9” tall, and weighing in at 153.75 pounds. She is from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, fighting out of Titan MMA in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada — presenting the Everest MMA SZN 3 Featherweight Champion, and THE REIGNING, DEFENDING, UNDISPUTED Union Grand Prix Lightweight Champion of the World, “The Serpent” Sadie Williams!”
Sadie Williams prowls in her corner, eyes ablaze with fierce determination. A sinister, yet playful smile curls on her lips as she locks eyes with her cornermen, exchanging intense nods. The crowd’s deafening mixed response fuels her adrenaline, driving her to pump her fists in a powerfully defiant manner. In this ravenous moment, her nerves transform into courage, propelling her toward the looming battle.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “It all comes down to this moment, folks. As the referee gives the final instructions, the world holds its breath for this epic Championship clash!”
The referee steps to the center of the cage and motions for both fighters to meet. With Mike Dempsey standing behind holding the microphone, referee Lars Levy gives one final pep talk.
LARS LEVY: “Alright fighters, we’ve gone through the rules in the back. Protect yourself at all times, follow my instructions, touch gloves and let’s do it.”
Both fighters seem ready to burst with adrenaline. Without much hesitation, they touch gloves and quickly backpedal to their respective corners. As they settle into their stances, Lars Levy checks off with each fighter one last time, ensuring they are both ready for the challenge that lies ahead.
ROUND ONE: The roar of the Seattle crowd was deafening, fueling Meyers as he came out with his signature aggression. He immediately looked to impose his will, throwing sharp jabs and powerful leg kicks to disrupt Sadie’s rhythm. Williams kept her distance, relying on her exceptional footwork and defensive awareness. She circled away from Meyers’ power hand, looking for openings to counter. Meyers pressured forward, trying to cut off the cage, and landed a solid right hand that momentarily backed Williams up. Sensing an opportunity, he unleashed a flurry of strikes, aiming to overwhelm the Champion early. Sadie, however, was unfazed. She absorbed the shots with minimal damage, expertly parrying and rolling with the punches. Then, with perfect timing, she fired back with a crisp counter left hook that snapped Meyers’ head to the side. The crowd gasped as Williams followed up with a lightning-fast combination, landing a sharp one-two and a liver kick that visibly hurt Meyers. The Seattle native staggered but recovered quickly, his determination unshaken. He clinched with Williams, using his strength advantage to press her against the cage. Meyers worked the body with thudding knees, trying to sap the Champion’s energy. Williams remained calm in the clinch, defending well and sneaking in short elbows to Meyers’ temple. As the round progressed, Williams began to find her rhythm. She used her jab effectively, peppering Meyers and controlling the distance. Meyers responded with his own power punches, but Williams’ head movement and defensive prowess made her a difficult target to hit cleanly. With ten seconds left, Meyers exploded with a flying knee that narrowly missed, and Williams capitalized with a counter right that landed flush as the round ended.
ROUND TWO: Meyers came out with the same intensity in the second round, determined to make a statement in front of his hometown crowd. He ramped up the pressure, throwing wild hooks and overhands, hoping to catch Williams off guard. The Champion remained cool under fire, using her technical striking to evade the worst of Meyers’ onslaught. She pivoted out of danger, countering with pinpoint accuracy each time Meyers overextended. Williams began to chip away at Meyers’ lead leg with brutal calf kicks, disrupting his balance and slowing his forward momentum. Meyers winced with each kick, but his resilience was evident as he continued to press forward, looking for the knockout shot. Midway through the round, Meyers found some success with a powerful right hook that clipped Williams, momentarily wobbling her. The crowd erupted as Meyers pounced, throwing a barrage of strikes in an attempt to finish the fight. Williams, however, showcased her Championship composure. She weathered the storm, clinching with Meyers to slow the pace. She then executed a beautiful trip takedown, planting Meyers on his back with authority. The shift in momentum was evident as Williams moved into side control, stifling Meyers’ attempts to scramble back to his feet. She methodically worked from the top, landing short elbows and body shots that wore Meyers down. Despite the ground control, Meyers stayed active from the bottom, trying to create space and throw up submission attempts. Williams, with her grappling pedigree, easily nullified his efforts, maintaining top pressure and landing calculated strikes. As the round ended, Williams stood up and walked away with a slight smirk, feeling confident she had turned the tide back in her favor.
ROUND THREE: The third round began with Williams firmly in control. Meyers, though visibly fatigued from the ground exchange in the previous round, remained undeterred. He knew he had to make something happen, and quickly. He started off with a heavy right hand, but Williams anticipated it, slipping the punch and countering with a swift straight right that rocked Meyers back on his heels. Sensing her opponent’s vulnerability, Williams pressed the attack, mixing in her striking arsenal with kicks, jabs, and uppercuts. Meyers, reeling from the damage, struggled to mount a meaningful offense. His strikes became more labored as Williams’ relentless pace and precise striking took their toll. Every time Meyers tried to close the distance, Williams met him with stiff counters that thwarted his advances. The Champion’s dominance continued as she began targeting Meyers’ body with vicious kicks and knees, further sapping his stamina. Meyers, now fighting on heart alone, dug deep and swung for the fences, hoping to land a fight-changing blow, but Williams was a step ahead, moving fluidly, dodging Meyers’ strikes, and landing at will. In the final minute of the round, Williams shot for a double leg takedown, driving Meyers to the mat with ease. From the top, she methodically worked to advance her position, transitioning to full mount. Meyers, visibly exhausted, tried to buck her off, but Williams’ superior grappling kept him pinned down. The round ended with Williams raining down elbows, leaving Meyers battered and bleeding as the crowd looked on in concern.
ROUND FOUR: As the fourth round began, Meyers’ corner urged him to find that one big shot to turn the tide, but it was clear that the fight had taken a toll on the hometown favorite. Meyers came out swinging, hoping to catch Williams early, but the Champion’s footwork and defensive acumen were simply too much for him to handle. Williams slipped, ducked, and countered every time Meyers tried to close the distance, frustrating him further. Williams continued her systematic dismantling of Meyers, using her jab and setting up combinations that punished him every time he tried to get aggressive. The crowd, though still supportive, grew quieter as the reality of the fight set in. Meyers, though showing incredible heart, was getting thoroughly outclassed. Midway through the round, Williams once again took the fight to the ground, exploiting Meyers’ weakened state. She easily passed his guard and settled into side control, where she began working for a submission. Meyers, in a desperate attempt to escape, gave up his back, and Williams quickly locked in a rear naked choke. The crowd held its breath as Meyers fought off the choke, somehow managing to survive and escape back to his feet. Despite the close call, Meyers was clearly exhausted, and Williams took full advantage, peppering him with strikes that kept him on the defensive. As the round came to a close, it was clear that Williams was in complete control, dictating the pace and the terms of the fight.
ROUND FIVE: With the final round underway, Meyers knew he needed a finish to win. The crowd, sensing the urgency, rallied behind their hometown hero. Meyers came out with everything he had left, throwing wild haymakers, hoping to land something significant. Williams, though cautious, continued to fight her fight, staying composed and sticking to her game plan. As the round progressed, Meyers’ desperation became apparent. He was swinging for the fences, but Williams was simply too elusive. She continued to pick him apart with her striking, landing at will and avoiding any real danger. But right around the halfway point in the round, the unexpected happened. Meyers, with his back against the wall, threw a looping left hand that caught Williams flush on the chin. The Champion’s eyes glazed over as she stumbled backward, and Meyers, sensing the opportunity of a lifetime, pounced on her with everything he had left. Williams fell to the canvas, and Meyers swarmed, landing uncontested hammerfists as the crowd erupted in a frenzy. The referee quickly stepped in, waving off the fight as Williams lay dazed on the mat. The impossible had happened — Benji Meyers, against all odds, had stopped the seemingly invincible Sadie Williams in the final round, securing the Lightweight Championship in front of his hometown crowd.
The arena erupted into a frenzy, the deafening roar of the crowd echoing through the rafters as Benji Meyers was triumphantly hoisted onto the shoulders of his teammates. Against all odds, he had done the unthinkable — he was the new Champion. Meanwhile, the Ringside Physicians rushed into the octagon, their faces etched with concern as they hurried to Sadie Williams. Though fully conscious, the look of disbelief was unmistakable on her face, her eyes searching for answers to a fight that had just slipped through her grasp. After a tense moment of examination, she managed to stand, shaking off the cobwebs as the physicians exited the cage. Both fighters slowly made their way to the center of the octagon, the air thick with anticipation for the official announcement.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, referee Lars Levy has called for a stop in this fight at two minutes twenty-seven seconds in the fifth round, declaring the winner by technical knockout, AAAAAND NEEEEEW undisputed Union Grand Prix Lightweight Champion of the World, “Bony Stark” Benji Meyers!”
The crowd’s response was electric, an eruption of applause and cheers that shook the very foundation of the arena as Benji Meyers was crowned the new Champion in front of his hometown crowd. Union GP Founder Dante Reed wrapped the Championship belt around Meyers’ waist, the culmination of a dream realized. The two fighters who had left it all in the cage, shared a moment of mutual respect, exchanging a handshake before parting ways. As the camera panned away, the screen flashed with the fight’s statistics, while the commentators offered their final thoughts on an unbelievable fight.

The Seattle crowd continues to roar from witnessing their hometown hero’s triumphant victory. In the center of the octagon, Benji Meyers stands proudly, surrounded by his teammates. The air is charged with emotion as Bodie Sullivan, gripping the microphone with purpose, steps forward to capture the words of the newly crowned Champion who has just pulled off the unthinkable.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with your new Union GP Lightweight Champion, Benji Meyers! Benji, first of all, congratulations on an absolutely incredible performance. How does it feel to finally have that belt around your waist, especially right here in your hometown of Seattle?”
BENJI MEYERS: “Man, Bodie, this is unreal. I’ve been dreaming of this moment my entire life. To do it here, in front of all these amazing fans, my family, my friends — this is everything I’ve ever wanted. I knew I had to dig deep for this one, and that’s exactly what I did. Seattle, we did it, baby!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “It was a tough fight from the start. Sadie Williams is one of the most dominant Champions we’ve ever seen, and she gave you a lot of problems tonight. What was going through your mind in those earlier rounds when it looked like she was starting to take control?”
BENJI MEYERS: “No cap, Sadie’s a beast. She’s got skills everywhere, and she put the pressure on me from the get-go. But I’ve been in tough spots before, Bodie. I knew I had to stay patient, keep believing in myself, and look for my moment. My coaches, they always tell me, “Stay in the fight, no matter what.” That’s what I did. I knew I could catch her if I kept pushing, kept swinging.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Let’s talk about that fifth round. You were down on the scorecards, but you came out swinging for the fences. And then, you landed that massive left hand that changed everything. Walk us through what you saw and how you capitalized on that moment.”
BENJI MEYERS: “I knew it was do or die in that last round. I had nothing to lose, everything to gain. I noticed she was getting a little comfortable, maybe thinking she had it in the bag. I just had to take a shot, you know? When I threw that left hand, I felt it connect clean, and I knew she was hurt. After that, it was all instinct. I jumped on her and didn’t let up until the ref pulled me off. That’s what champions do — we find a way, no matter what.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You’ve mentioned before that you’ve faced a lot of adversity in your career, and tonight was no different. How much does this moment mean to you, considering everything you’ve been through to get here?”
BENJI MEYERS: “It means everything, Bodie. I’ve had setbacks, injuries, tough losses, but every time, I’ve come back stronger. Tonight was the result of all the hard work, sacrifice, and belief. This belt, this moment, it’s proof that no matter how many times you get knocked down, if you keep getting back up, you can achieve anything. This is for everyone who’s ever doubted me, and for everyone who’s ever believed in me. We’re here now, and we’re not going anywhere!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Well, Benji, you’re the new King of the Lightweight Division, and you’ve got a target on your back now. What’s next for you? Any thoughts on who you might want to face in your first title defense?”
BENJI MEYERS:“You know, I’m just gonna enjoy this moment for a minute. But I’m gonna be a fighting Champion, Bodie. Anyone who wants to step up and challenge me, I’m ready. I’ve never backed down from a fight, and I’m not gonna start now. But for tonight, I’m gonna soak this in, celebrate with my team and my city. We’ve earned this.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Benji Meyers, congratulations once again on an incredible victory. Seattle, give it up for your new Lightweight Champion!”
BENJI MEYERS: “Thank you, Seattle! I love you all!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen! We’re live from the sold-out Climate Pledge Arena, and as we gear up for one more thrilling Championship fight, we’ve got a couple of very special guests in attendance tonight. On your left, you see the reigning, defending, undisputed Union GP Middleweight Champion, Derrius Webb. This man has been an absolute force in the division, showing why he holds that gold around his waist.”
BYRON McCALL: “Absolutely, Bodie. Webb is a beast. We’ve seen him dismantle opponents with his raw power and unrelenting pressure. He’s been on a tear, and there’s no doubt he’s laser-focused on his next title defense. But if you look over to the right side of your screen, there’s the man who’ll be standing across from him at UGP 60 — Alexander Sokolov, the number one contender. This guy is a straight-up terminator in the octagon.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Webb’s explosive power and fight-ending ability against Sokolov’s relentless pursuit and technical precision. The tension between these two is already boiling over, and we’re still a few weeks out from their showdown at the United Center in Chicago.”
BYRON McCALL: “And what a venue that’s gonna be, Bodie. Chicago’s always electric, this company has so much history and their roots grounded in that city, and with these two squaring up, it’s gonna be next level. You can already feel the anticipation building. When they finally meet in that cage, I guarantee it’s gonna be a war for the ages.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “No doubt about it, B-Mac. Derrius Webb versus Alexander Sokolov is one of the most highly anticipated matchups in recent memory. You won’t want to miss it at UGP 60. With that said, folks, let’s not waste any more time. I can see the crowd here is buzzing with excitement, and I know our viewers at home are eagerly waiting. So let’s toss it back to the action one final time!”

The arena lights dim as the low, rumbling notes of “Hell’s Comin’ with Me” by Poor Man’s Poison start to play. The crowd knows what’s next. There’s no over-the-top spectacle, no theatrics — just a fighter with a mission. Victoria Marshall steps out, her expression set in stone, eyes locked on the path ahead. She’s wearing her signature Seattle green gear, a subtle nod to her hometown. The green pops against the sea of faces in the crowd. Her walk is deliberate, each step echoing her no-nonsense attitude. There’s no hesitation, no glance at the fans. It’s just her and the cage.
The lyrics kick in, and the intensity in the arena rises. The song’s gritty, haunting melody wraps around her as she moves with purpose, cutting through the atmosphere like a knife. The crowd, sensing the tension, leans in. There’s something about the way she carries herself — calm but deadly, as if she’s already seeing the fight play out in her mind. Every step she takes is one step closer to her goal, one step closer to glory.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Folks, the electricity here at the Climate Pledge Arena is undeniable as the homegrown Victoria Marshall makes her way to the octagon for this Championship Main Event bout! At just 23 years old, this Seattle native has captured the imagination of MMA fans with her relentless style and remarkable journey. Her years as a two-time high school state qualifying wrestler combined with her much improved boxing has turned her into a force to be reckoned with. Her journey from struggling to make the high school varsity squad to an Everest MMA Flyweight Champion and now challenging for a Union Grand Prix Championship in her hometown is nothing short of inspiring.”
BYRON McCALL: “Absolutely, Bodie. Victoria’s evolution as a fighter is like a Hollywood script. She struggled to find her footing early in her professional career, but she has transformed into this hyper-aggressive, well-rounded athlete. She started out with a 2-5-1 record, but flipped a switch in Everest MMA’s third season and never looked back. Since then, she’s been unbeaten in her last eleven fights, amassing a 10-0-1 record in that span. Her move to Twin Cities MMA was pivotal, improving her striking and overall game. With dominant finishes and two Performance of the Night bonuses, she’s shown she has what it takes to compete at the highest level. Tonight, she faces her toughest challenge yet, but if anyone is ready for the spotlight, it’s Victoria Marshall.”
As she reaches the barricade, Victoria shrugs off her hoodie, revealing a physique carved from relentless training, her muscles twitch with every movement. Her green fight shorts bear the emblem of her gym, and her hands are already taped, ready for war.
She steps forward into the inspection area, where the officials await. This is the final checkpoint before the octagon, and Victoria treats it with the same methodical precision as everything else in her routine. She stands tall, arms outstretched, as the cutman applies a final layer of Vaseline to her face, and the inspector pats her down. There’s no wasted motion, no unnecessary delay — just efficiency. The official checks her gloves, nods in approval, and then it’s on to the next phase of the pre-fight rituals. Victoria bites down on her mouthguard and exchanges a few brief words with her coaches, the only indication that she’s aware of anything beyond the cage.
The moment is here. The crowd’s volume rises as she takes the last few steps toward the octagon door, but Victoria doesn’t break her stride. The door swings open, and she steps inside with the same unflinching resolve that carried her from the tunnel. Once in the cage, she circles the perimeter, eyes scanning the space, mentally mapping out where the battle will unfold. The crowd, now fully engaged, roars in approval. This is what they came to see — a fighter who’s all business, ready to throw down. The time for talk is over. Hell is indeed coming with her, and she’s ready to unleash it.

The arena lights dim, plunging the crowd into darkness as a single spotlight bursts to life at the top of the entrance ramp. The opening beat of 50 Cent’s “I’m Supposed to Die Tonight” thumps through the air, the menacing bassline pounding like a heartbeat. The Union GP Bantamweight Champion CC Flynn emerges from the shadows, a smirk dancing on her lips as she soaks in the energy of the moment.
Cloaked in a luxurious green and gold Dior robe that gleams under the lights, Flynn embodies her moniker — “Supa.” The robe flows with her every step, the word “Supa” emblazoned in bold, gold letters across her back, a declaration as much as a nickname. Draped across her left shoulder is the Bantamweight Title, the gleaming gold a stark contrast to the dark green of her robe. On her right shoulder, she carries her custom-made “SupaFight” Title, a symbol of her own creation, a belt that speaks to her brand of dominance.
As she strides forward, her pace is a combination of arrogance and purpose, each step echoing her undeniable confidence. The crowd surprisingly reacts with a mix of cheers and boos, but Flynn is unbothered — she thrives in the spotlight, and tonight, she’s determined to make it her own. Her eyes scan the sea of faces, a cocky grin tugging at the corner of her mouth as she holds her titles a little higher, daring anyone to challenge her reign.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “And now, making the final walkout of the night, is the reigning Bantamweight Champion, CC Flynn! Known for her impeccable head movement and footwork, Flynn brings a rich boxing pedigree, having competed in the amateur ranks undefeated before transitioning to MMA. With a professional record of 16-7 and an impressive history, including three championships across three different promotions, Supa is the embodiment of pound-for-pound. Her journey from the boxing rings of Harlem to becoming Union Grand Prix’s Bantamweight Champion showcases her relentless pursuit of excellence and her undeniable talent.”
BYRON McCALL: “CC Flynn isn’t just a champion; she’s a sharpshooter in the cage. Her ability to dodge and counter-punch is second to none. What sets her apart is her composure and strategy. She loves fighting in the pocket, often lowering her guard to bait opponents into making mistakes. With accolades like Fighter AND Fight of the Year, as well as multiple Fight of the Night honors, Flynn’s performances are always a spectacle. Her southpaw stance and aggressive style make her a challenging puzzle for any opponent, and tonight, she looks to further cement her legacy by securing a division-record tying fifth title defense.”
The music pulses louder as Flynn reaches the inspection area. She shrugs off her robe and hands it off to one of her cornermen with a nonchalant flick of her wrist. The official begins the routine check, but Flynn barely acknowledges them, her eyes fixed on the octagon. The titles are handed off temporarily, and she holds her arms out wide, as if to say, “Go ahead, do your job. I’m untouchable.” Her confidence is unmistakable, every movement deliberate, every glance a calculated display of bravado.
Once cleared, Flynn retrieves her belts, slinging them over her shoulders with ease. The arena is in a frenzy as she steps onto the steel steps that leads to the cage, her eyes narrowing, her focus razor-sharp. The final notes of the song play as she makes her way up the steps, pausing at the door of the cage. She slowly lowers the belts from her shoulders, holding them out in front of her, staring down at the gleaming gold plates as if drawing power from their shine.
With a deep breath, she hands the titles to the nearest official, then steps into the octagon. The moment she crosses the threshold, her demeanor shifts — there’s no more showmanship, just pure, unfiltered aggression. The crowd’s roars fade into the background as she locks onto her opponent, a fierce glare that promises a fight to remember. Flynn raises her fists, bouncing lightly on her toes, ready to defend her throne.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for the Main Event of the evening! Sanctioned by the Washington State Department of Licensing’s Professional Athletics, our three judges scoring this contest at cageside are Cody Allen, Bobby Keller, and Amos Dalton, and when the action begins, our referee in charge in the octagon is Colin Davenport. AND NOW, this is the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Live from the sold out Climate Pledge Arena in The Emerald City — Seattle, Washington, streaming exclusively on the Battleground Network…”
IT’S TIME!
MIKE DEMPSEY: “The following contest is scheduled for five rounds and it is for the Union Grand Prix Bantamweight Championship! Introducing first, fighting out of the blue corner, a Freestyle Wrestler holding a professional mixed martial arts record of twelve wins, five losses, two draws. She stands 5’6” tall, and weighing in at 134.5 pounds. She is from The Emerald City — Seattle, Washington, fighting out of Twin Cities MMA — presenting the Everest MMA SZN 3 Flyweight Champion and the number one ranked Bantamweight Contender in the World, Victoria Marshall!”
Victoria Marshall bounces on the balls of her feet, each movement sharp and deliberate. Her eyes lock onto her opponent, unwavering and intense, as if nothing else exists. The crowd’s roar fades into the background, drowned out by the tunnel vision that takes over. She’s stepped into a zone where nothing can reach her — a place where she’s ready to sacrifice everything for her shot at ultimate glory.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “And her opponent, fighting out of the red corner, a Boxer holding a professional mixed martial arts record of sixteen wins, seven losses. She stands 5’8” tall, and weighing in at 135 pounds. She is from Harlem, New York, fighting out of Prodigy 206 — presenting the former Everest MMA SZN 1 Featherweight Champion, the former Ryūjin FC Champion, AND THE REIGNING, DEFENDING, UNDISPUTED Union Grand Prix Bantamweight Champion of the World, “Supastar” CC Flynn!”
CC Flynn is locked in, fueled by the moment. The crowd roars her name, their energy surging through her like a jolt of electricity. She strides into the octagon, stopping dead center on the Union GP star, and fixes her gaze on the heavens. In one powerful motion, she fills her lungs to the brim and unleashes a thunderous war cry that shakes the arena to its core. The crowd erupts in a frenzy, their cheers fusing with the primal force radiating from the Champion.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “The intensity in the Climate Pledge Arena is at its peak. The fighters have put in the work. Now, it’s time to put it all on the line. With a possible twenty-five minutes, history will be made tonight!”
The referee steps to the center of the cage and motions for both fighters to meet. With Mike Dempsey standing behind holding the microphone, referee Colin Davenport gives one final pep talk.
COLIN DAVENPORT: “Alright fighters, we’ve gone through the rules in the back. Protect yourself at all times, follow my instructions, touch gloves and let’s do it.”
Both fighters seem ready to burst with adrenaline. Without much hesitation, they touch gloves and quickly backpedal to their respective corners. As they settle into their stances, Colin Davenport checks off with each fighter one last time, ensuring they are both ready for the challenge that lies ahead.
ROUND ONE: The Climate Pledge Arena was in pandemonium as the reigning Champion, CC Flynn, locked horns with the hometown hero, Victoria Marshall. The opening round saw Marshall storm out of the gate, utilizing her wrestling prowess to dictate the pace. She wasted no time closing the distance, ducking under Flynn’s jab and securing a single leg takedown. Flynn’s takedown defense, though decent, was no match for Marshall’s relentless drive. With the crowd roaring, Marshall transitioned effortlessly into a high crotch lift, dumping Flynn onto the canvas with authority. Once on the ground, Marshall’s control was nothing short of suffocating. She quickly moved to half guard, trapping Flynn’s left arm and raining down short, powerful elbows that opened a small cut on Flynn’s forehead. The Champion, known for her striking, found herself smothered and unable to generate any offense from her back. Marshall’s ground and pound was methodical, mixing in hammer fists and elbows, each strike drawing a louder reaction from the Seattle crowd. Flynn attempted to create space by shifting her hips and trying to get to full guard, but Marshall’s base was too strong. The Challenger showcased her wrestling pedigree by maintaining top control and landing a flurry of strikes, one of which visibly rocked Flynn. As the round came to a close, it was clear that Marshall had asserted her dominance, leaving Flynn with much to contemplate during the break.
ROUND TWO: The second round saw Flynn adjust her strategy, recognizing the need to keep the fight standing. She opened with a series of sharp jabs, using her reach advantage to keep Marshall at bay. Each jab was followed by a crisp right hand, but Marshall’s head movement and agility allowed her to avoid the brunt of the damage. Flynn began mixing in leg kicks, targeting Marshall’s lead leg, causing visible swelling. Marshall, aware of Flynn’s striking ability, attempted to close the distance again, but this time, Flynn was ready. The Champion utilized her footwork to circle away from the cage, peppering Marshall with combinations that kept her from setting up another takedown. A well timed uppercut from Flynn snapped Marshall’s head back, drawing a collective gasp from the crowd. Despite Flynn’s success on the feet, Marshall remained undeterred. She lunged forward with a double leg attempt, but Flynn sprawled perfectly, denying the takedown and punishing Marshall with a knee to the body as they separated. Flynn regained her confidence with each passing second, and she began to dictate the pace, backing Marshall up with a barrage of punches and elbows. As the round ended, Flynn had clearly found her rhythm, evening up the score.
ROUND THREE: Flynn, now fully in control, came out in the third round with the intent to capitalize on her momentum. She began by feinting the jab, causing Marshall to bite on the fakes, then unleashed a devastating overhand right that wobbled the Challenger. Sensing blood, Flynn went on the offensive, unleashing a relentless barrage of strikes that had Marshall on the defensive. Marshall, known for her toughness, absorbed the punishment but struggled to find her footing. Flynn’s combinations were fluid, mixing head and body shots that kept Marshall guessing. A thunderous right hook landed clean, sending Marshall stumbling back into the cage. Flynn followed up with a flurry of punches, and for a moment, it seemed as though the fight might be stopped. However, Marshall managed to clinch up, stalling Flynn’s onslaught long enough to clear the cobwebs. Flynn eventually broke the clinch with a vicious elbow, reopening the cut on Marshall’s brow. The Champion’s striking was a masterclass, as she picked apart Marshall from every angle, making it a lopsided round in her favor.
ROUND FOUR: Entering Championship rounds, Marshall knew she had to dig deep. She came out with renewed aggression, immediately looking for the takedown. Flynn, confident in her striking, threw a wild right hand, but Marshall ducked under and secured a double leg takedown, driving Flynn into the mat. The crowd erupted as Marshall began to work from top position, raining down elbows and punches. Flynn, who had been so dominant in the previous round, suddenly found herself on the defensive again. Marshall’s ground and pound was relentless, as she postured up and delivered heavy shots to Flynn’s head and body. Flynn attempted to scramble, but Marshall’s control was too strong, keeping the Champ pinned against the mat. The ground game became a war of attrition, with Marshall clearly getting the better of the exchanges. As the round wore on, Flynn’s attempts to escape grew more desperate. Marshall, however, was back in her element, riding out the round with continued dominance on the ground. She moved to side control and landed several hard elbows, further wearing down the Champion. By the end of the round, Marshall had turned the tide back in her favor, with Flynn looking visibly fatigued as she returned to her corner.
ROUND FIVE: The final round was a test of will, with both fighters knowing the Championship hung in the balance. Flynn, determined not to let the fight slip away, came out aggressively, throwing a series of jabs and crosses. Marshall, however, remained composed, waiting for her moment to close the distance. Flynn’s strikes found their mark, but Marshall’s chin held up, and she eventually closed the distance, securing a body lock and driving Flynn to the canvas once more. This time, Flynn was ready, immediately looking to create scrambles and get back to her feet. Marshall, however, maintained control, using her wrestling to keep Flynn grounded. The crowd was on its feet, roaring as Marshall landed several hard elbows from top position, but Flynn continued to battle, looking for an opportunity to escape or reverse the position. In the final minute, Flynn managed to get back to her feet, and the two warriors stood toe-to-toe, trading punches. Marshall’s face was a mask of blood, but she remained undeterred, landing a hard right hand that momentarily staggered Flynn. The round ended with both fighters swinging wildly, the crowd on the edge of their seats going wild.
As the final horn blares, the crowd’s deafening roar drowns out everything else. Both fighters stagger towards their corners, gripping the fence for support, bodies trembling, lungs burning as they gasp for air. The doctors rush in, eyes scanning for any sign of serious damage, but neither one is willing to concede. After a tense moment of patching cuts and icing some swelling, the doctors nod and exit the cage, leaving the two exhausted women to face each other once more at the center of the octagon, awaiting the judge’s decision that will seal their fates.
MIKE DEMPSEY: “Ladies and gentlemen, after five rounds, we go to the judges’ scorecards for a decision. Judge Bobby Keller scores it 48-47 — Flynn, Judge Cody Allen scores it 48-47 — Marshall, and Judge Amos Dalton scores it 48-47, declaring the winner by split decision, AAAAAND NEEEEEW undisputed Union Grand Prix Bantamweight Champion of the World, Victoria Marshall!”
The crowd erupts instantly. Victoria Marshall has her hands raised for only a brief moment before she drops to her knees, overwhelmed by emotion. Tears stream down her face as she pounds the mat, taking in the magnitude of her victory. The Seattle crowd roars louder, feeding off her raw, unfiltered passion. Slowly, she rises, and Dante Reed steps forward, wrapping the Bantamweight Title around her waist.
Meanwhile, CC Flynn seethes with disbelief. Her eyes blaze with anger as she throws her hands up, shouting profanities at the judges. “You’ve got to be fucking kidding me!” she screams, her voice cutting through the noise. Her corner rushes in, grabbing her by the arms and pulling her away before she can do anything reckless. Flynn shakes them off, storming toward the exit, her frustration noticeable as the boos from some sections of the crowd follow her out.
As the chaos unfolds, the commentators review the highlights on the big screen, dissecting each critical moment—the relentless ground-and-pound from Marshall, the near knockdown from Flynn’s sharp combinations. A visual display flashes across the screen, showing the fight statistics: Marshall’s superior control time and ground strikes against Flynn’s precision in striking.
The atmosphere in the arena is electric, the energy almost tangible as Marshall, still in shock, turns to the crowd, raising the belt high. The deafening roar of approval washes over her, a symphony of triumph that echoes through every corner of the Climate Pledge Arena.

The commotion has settled in the octagon, but the crowd remains in pandemonium, their cheers still echoing through the arena. Victoria Marshall, the new Bantamweight Champion, is caught up in the moment, embracing her cornermen with pure elation. The golden belt glistens around her waist as she beams with pride, her face a mixture of disbelief and triumph. Just then, Bodie Sullivan slides into the cage, microphone in hand, cutting through the chaos with a determined stride. The spotlight shifts to him, and the crowd’s anticipation rises, eager to hear from their newly crowned champion.
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with the winner AND NEW Bantamweight Champion, Victoria Marshall! Victoria, you’ve just captured the title here in your hometown of Seattle. The crowd is going absolutely wild for you right now. What’s going through your mind in this moment?”
VICTORIA MARSHALL: “Oh my God, Bodie, this is surreal. I’m trying to soak it all in, but it’s hard to put into words. This is my city, these are my people, and to win the title here, it’s just — man, it’s a dream come true! I couldn’t have done it without this crowd behind me. They were with me every step of the way, and I felt their energy the entire fight. This is as much their victory as it is mine.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You faced an incredibly tough opponent in CC Flynn tonight. She’s been one of the most dominant Champions ever in this division, and yet you were able to impose your game and secure the win. What was the key to your success tonight?”
VICTORIA MARSHALL: “CC is a beast, no doubt about that. She’s an amazing striker, and I knew I couldn’t stand and trade with her for too long. The key was sticking to my game plan — using my wrestling, staying relentless with the pressure, and not giving her the space to find her rhythm. I’ve worked so hard on my ground game, and I knew if I could get her down, I could control the fight. But, man, she made me earn every second of that control.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “You had some tough moments in there, particularly in the third round where Flynn seemed to really find her stride. How did you manage to weather that storm and turn things back in your favor?”
VICTORIA MARSHALL: “That third round was rough, no lie. Supa started landing some big shots, and I felt it. But I kept telling myself, ‘Stay focused, don’t get discouraged.’ I knew I had to get back to my wrestling, and that’s exactly what I did in the fourth.”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Victoria, you’ve mentioned before how much this city means to you. Now, as the Bantamweight Champion, what message do you have for the fans here in Seattle who have supported you throughout your journey?”
VICTORIA MARSHALL: “Seattle, I love you! This is for all of you, for everyone who’s been with me from day one. You guys have seen me grow from Everest MMA to this moment right here. You’ve cheered me on through the highs and the lows, and I couldn’t have done this without your support. To be able to bring this belt home — it’s everything I’ve ever wanted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We did it, Seattle!”
BODIE SULLIVAN: “Congratulations once again, Champ! Go celebrate this incredible achievement with your team and your city. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up one more time for your new Bantamweight Champion, Victoria Marshall!”
The energy in the arena was electric as Victoria Marshall raised the Bantamweight Championship high above her head. The roar of the Seattle crowd echoed through the venue, a combination of pride and joy for their hometown hero. As Marshall basked in the reaction, the magnitude of her accomplishment was evident — not just a title, but a legacy cemented in the heart of the city she loves.
As the camera pans out, the shot captures the pandemonium inside the arena one final time, a wave of camera flashes illuminate the building as the feed gradually fades away. The Battleground Network emblem blazed across the screen as the final graphic, bringing the night’s live stream to an end.
