ALTERCATION CAUGHT ON VIDEO
An altercation between Middleweight Champion Alexander Sokolov and #1 contender Zion Momo’a reportedly broke out earlier today during a fan meet-and-greet event. The following is video footage captured by an attendee:

As the fan video begins we can see a queue of people standing before a table, the phone camera pans around and we can see that it’s for the reigning UGP Middleweight Champion, “The King of the Streets” Alexander Sokolov, who is at a signing to help hype the upcoming Union fight card. He’s there signing autographs and taking photos with the fans. The fan holding the camera gets closer and closer to the table until a voice calls out from behind them, and the whole crowd turns around.
???: Well isn’t this cute. They got you a corny little throne to sit on and everything. I bet that was your idea though, hm? Dante Reed would’ve never thought up some incel LARP shit like this…
The crowd begins to part like the Red Sea, but instead of Moses, it’s number one contender Zion Momo’a that emerges from the ocean of fans with a cocky smirk on his face. He’s dressed to the nines, wearing a half buttoned Versace shirt and a pair of designer shades that he removes as he approaches the table, staring daggers through the champion.
Zion Momo’a: How’s the farewell tour going, King Nothing? You’re out here smiling for these people… shaking hands, kissing babies, and dancing like a jester, but in the back of your mind that hour glass is starting to run real low on sand, isn’t it? Let’s face it, Alex. You don’t get to hide behind this gimmick.. this… facade… much longer.
Zion chuckles, tucking an earpiece of the sunglasses into his pocket to let them hang there as he leans over the table a bit more. He scoops up one of the promo shots of the champ and looks it over for a moment before tearing it into confetti slowly as he speaks.
Zion Momo’a: You know, it’s almost like you ACTUALLY believe that you are the king of something. King of the streets. Ha. Comical. How about you show me just how hood you really are then? Show everybody. Nothing between us but air and opportunity, right?
Alexander looked around at the fans gathered, before turning his attention to Zion. He rose from the seat he was in, looking Zion in the eyes.
Alexander Sokolov: Zion… you must trust me when I say that you do not want to understand why I am called such… I EARNED the name, “The King of the Streets”… that is not a title you are just handed, it was given to me after I laid body after body behind me to get to where I am today…
He said, with a slight smirk on his face as he looked Zion over before picking up his Middleweight Championship off of the table between them, slinging it over his shoulder.
Alexander Sokolov: And… on top of all of that… I would not wish to give you another excuse as to why you failed to capture THIS yet again… because one more and people may begin to ask just what it is you are missing inside the cage, Momo’a.
Zion keeps his eyes locked squarely on the champion’s, burning holes through him even as he waves the ever elusive UGP Middleweight Championship in front of the challenger.
Zion Momo’a: Sounds like excuses to me. I think YOU do not want to understand that it’s a made up fuckin’ fairy tale name and you aren’t even a fraction as badass as you think you are, bitch.
Momo’a mocks the champion in his own accent before throwing the torn up confetti of the promotional picture in his face.
Zion Momo’a: Do something. I dare you. Show me how badass you think you are, big guy.
Alexander chuckled to himself, brushing pieces of the promotional picture off of his shoulder and the bit that was stuck in the collar of his shirt. He dropped it to the side, and looked at Zion once more.
Alexander Sokolov: Your time to face the consequences of your own action will come soon enough, Momo’a… I am not going to risk injury this close to our fight, or even it being rescheduled because you… feel this need to feed your inflated ego by giving you this fight here and now. That… is not how we do things.
Zion gives Sokolov a nod, a smirk returning to his face as he does.
Zion Momo’a: Exactly what I thought. Nothing. Because that is exactly what you are…nothing. You aren’t shit. You aren’t going to do shit, and when you step in that cage with me in New Orleans, I’m going to expose you. I’m going to show the world, these fans, and most importantly, you… that this is all a facade facilitated by luck and nothing more than that. That luck? It’s about to run out though.
Zion reaches forward, flipping the table between them over effortlessly and sending the contents scattering everywhere. Event security swarms him and surrounds Zion immediately but instead of fighting them, Momo’a simply puts his hands into the air to feign innocence and begins walking backwards through the crowd the way he came, never taking his eyes off Alex Sokolov.
Zion Momo’a: See you soon, cupcake. Tick-Tock.
With that, the person holding the camera pans around at the carnage, then at Alexander Sokolov who is just stood there, his expression unreadable as the video ends.
