Renzo Batista withdrew the day before the event, sidelined by illness, leaving Mateo Álvarez to accept a short notice replacement while waiting for the fight that suddenly vanished. Now the unfinished business returns in a big way. CLA Noche de Combates 15 storms into the Arena Astros in Guadalajara, where Álvarez and Batista finally meet in a middleweight collision with potential title contention hanging over every exchange.

And the rest of the card brings its own danger. Tania Nazario Tavares steps across from former Union GP fighter Natalia Gutierrez in a featured undercard matchup. Before the main card even begins, welterweight sensation Ramón Paul Parra Leticia kicks off the night on the early prelims, setting the tone for the night.
