UGP 73 WEIGH-IN RESULTS
The scale ultimately failed no one on Saturday, as every fighter successfully made weight for UGP 73, clearing the final obstacle ahead of Sunday’s event in Dubai.
The #1 pound-for-pound fighter Victoria Marshall was first on the scale at 144, composed and on weight, while the main event challenger Lucija Dragicevic was the last and closed the session at 145, looking noticeably drained and fueling concerns she may have endured a rough cut ahead of Sunday’s title tilt.
The co-main event was on point. Both middleweight title combatants made the limit, with Alexander Sokolov and Sasha Volkov each weighing in at the 185 pound title fight limit for what promises to be a classic championship clash.
A few storylines to watch:
The bad blood bantamweight showdown lived up to its billing. Former title challenger Serenity Holmes came in at 132.5 while former champion CC Flynn checked in at 136, underscoring the gritty, physical scrap expected when history between two fighters bleeds into fight night. In a bit of lightweight drama, 2Face Rodríguez initially missed on his first attempt, coming in a half pound over, but returned an hour later, made weight and was cleared at 156. His opponent, Trevor Martin, hit the mark on his first attempt at 155.5.
With one late scare handled at lightweight and questions now swirling around Dragicevic’s late arrival to the scales, UGP 73 moves from the weigh-ins to fight night in Dubai.

UGP 73: MARSHALL vs DRAGICEVIC takes place Sunday, March 1 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, UAE and will be streaming exclusively on the Battleground Network. The Prelims will kick off at 8:00 pm ET and the Main Card will kick off at 10:00 pm ET.
The Main Event and Co-Main Event bouts are scheduled for five rounds. All other bouts are scheduled for three rounds.
