Going back to Cali! Union Grand Prix is back, and UGP 42 promises to be a heart-pumping night of top-notch fights. The Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles will be the battleground for some of the most exciting MMA bouts of the year. Fans from all over the world are eagerly waiting for the Main Event of the card, where the reigning, defending, undisputed Champion Paige “Ram-Paige” Holloway will face off against the #1 contender 2Face Rodriguez for the Lightweight Championship.

Ram-Paige is a force to be reckoned with and has dominated the division with her unmatched skills. However, Rodriguez is no pushover, and with a record of 12-1-0, including three straight wins in Union GP, he is determined to take the title from the champ. Expect sparks to fly as these two tenacious fighters battle it out in the octagon.

The Co-Main Event is a Bantamweight Championship Grand Prix semifinals bout between the Champion Gianna Howard and #1 contender Redd Lennox. This is a fight that could make history, as Howard could tie the all-time record for the longest winning streak, while Lennox could pull off the upset of the century and dethrone the #1 ranked pound-for-pound fighter.

Kicking off the main card, #2 ranked Isabel Azevedo will take on #3 ranked Rachel Parsons in the second Bantamweight Championship Grand Prix Semifinal. This fight is a must-watch for diehard fight fans who appreciate a clash of styles. Azevedo will bring her world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, while Parsons will bring her frightening Muay Thai Kickboxing. Both fighters are highly skilled, and the winner of this bout will face the winner of the Howard-Lennox fight in the finals.

In addition to the Championship fights, UGP 42 features some of California’s finest fighters. Former Bantamweight Champion Lauren Moore will be in action, along with Gibrelle Arroyo, José Meléndez, and Tyler Cage.
